Dit was een verschrikkelijke ervaring,
Het sofa bed was totaal uitgeleefd en sliepen op ijzer frame in plaats van op matras.
De muren/kamer waren zo vochtig.
Schimmel stond op de badkamer tegels rond de wc, er was geen verluchting of niet functioneerde.
Spots half van plafond boven douche.
2 airco in de kamer die zo vuil waren dat ze met moeite koelden.
Geen aanstalten gedaan om er te koken door de schimmel/vochtig geur.

Het lag heel centraal. We hadden een groot dakterras wat erg fijn was met onze hondjes.

Мені надзвичайно сподобалося перебування в цих апартаментах! Особливо хочеться відзначити персонал — усі дуже привітні, доброзичливі та щиро готові допомогти. Ще до нашого приїзду я попросила підготувати невеликий сюрприз до дня народження, і коли ми заселилися, святковий тортик уже чекав на нас у номері. Це було дуже зворушливо та приємно.
Працівники із задоволенням розповіли про всі зручності апартаментів, порадили цікаві місця для прогулянок, хороші ресторани, магазини та визначні локації міста. Завдяки їхнім рекомендаціям наш відпочинок став ще кращим.
Номер був дуже чистим, затишним і комфортним. Особливо сподобалися засоби особистої гігієни — якісні та з чудовими ароматами. Вид із номера просто неймовірний і заслуговує окремої похвали.
Розташування також чудове: автобусна зупинка знаходиться лише за 4 хвилини ходьби, до озера Комо можна дійти приблизно за 7 хвилин. Поруч є парковка, ресторани, супермаркети та всі необхідні зручності. Також неподалік розташований порт, звідки відправляються пароплави.
Я залишилася у захваті від цього місця та всього досвіду перебування тут. Щиро полюбила ці апартаменти й обов’язково хочу повернутися знову. Рекомендую всім без жодних вагань — заселяйтеся, точно не пошкодуєте!
I absolutely loved my stay at these apartments! What impressed me the most was the wonderful staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely happy to help.
Before our arrival, I asked if it would be possible to prepare a birthday surprise, and when we checked in, a beautiful birthday cake was already waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made our stay even more special.
The staff gladly explained all the facilities available at the property and recommended great places to visit, restaurants, shops, and scenic walking routes around the area. Their local recommendations were fantastic and helped us enjoy the region even more.
The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable.

La résidence est bien équipée avec piscine et il est facile de s'y garer (ce qui est parfois rare autour du lac). La proximité du lac permet de s'y rendre à pied très rapidement

Pros:

Appartamento grande, posizione comoda, a soli 3 minuti a piedi c'è il lungolago, i ristoranti e l'imbarcadero da dove partono i battelli per Bellagio e Varenna.

Cons:

Il nostro appartamento era a pianterreno e lo spazio esterno dava sul parcheggio... inoltre il bagno è senza bidet.
