Basic accommodation in a good location.
Pros:

The room was a decent size, the bed comfortable and most importantly, I had 2 fans, a Godsend in this heatwave. The location was quiet and I was grateful for the fridge in the room.

Cons:

There was no cold water coming from the tap in the bathroom and there didn't seem to be a breakfast option, even through it was advertised on the front of the pub. Food could have been better.

Perfect location, friendly staff, and an accessible room with a lovely wet room , unfortunately the bed let it down big

Pros:

Accomodation was very good and clean. Everyone was very friendly. I would stay there again, it was good value but I wouldn't eat there

Cons:

The food. We could not eat the breakfast and don't know what tea they used but I couldn't drink it.

Not bad, apart from the toilet and breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was for 9:30 it' was changed to 10:30.
It was to late, cancelled it.

Cons:

Toilet was leaking at bottom small puddle of water
At the back of toilet was a container with dirty water in it now lead on it.

Cons:

Four separate requests, via Booking . Com, direct email and phone for a receipt for my business accounts fell on deaf ears despite promised responses. Spent over £1,200 with them for a 3-person working stay.
Rooms are decent enough although were not cleaned all week, pub and food excellent but in this high tech world this was the first time in 40 years of working away to not be furnished with a receipt at some stage.
Such a simple request not fulfilled. Very poor.

Pros:

Room excellent. Plenty of parking. Quiet location but only 3 mins drive to the centre of Wokingham.

Cons:

Restaurant menu rather limited unless you like Thai food. Breakfast also limited but not starting until 9am was too late for us.

I felt very welcomed and at home . The staff were all uniquely embracing in their own way. A lovely local pub with local people. Didn't want to leave .

A pleasant apparently family run pub offering a very warm welcome: conveniently situated.
Pros:

Breakfast was the only bone of contention: your website recommended the inclusive breakfast: in fact breakfast was NOT available at all - and there was a notice clearly stating this at the property: apparently they will begin to serve breakfast next month. The lack of breakfast was not a problem for me, as I eat breakfast only occasionally. The fault, I think lies with your description.

Breakfast - had I needed it !
