Good enough, could be a lot better.
Pros:

Mario the owner is really nice, the rest of the staff are polite but not very friendly, but you don't have to deal with them after having the key anyway. It's basically a pizza place with a hotel attached to it.

The Location is truly Fantastic, a very short walk from the old town, and the town itself is beatiful, and the locals are really nice.

We had a room.with a balcony, not all rooms are like that, but having some time in the balcony everyday was great.

Cleaning took place daily, quietly and wirh good care.

Cons:

There's no reception or someone to recieve you as a hotel guest, youbhave to ask some waiter to guide to you to the owner.

The curtains had holes, and the windows are wooden and are quiet old, there's no screen to prevent insects from coming in, and in the summer there are few number of insect, but it can be handled, and it's not very annoying to be honest.

The bathroom is very very small, but good enough for a short stay.

You can hear the noise of the pizza restaurant untill after 12::00 am.

La gentilezza delle persone al mio arrivo. Check in possibile dalle 18.30.

Cons:

La camera in se non è male, ma il bagno è davvero insufficiente, la doccia e soprattutto la tenda era in uno stato pietoso (sporca e con la muffa). Non si può fare colazione, quindi bisogna uscire e cercare una panetteria(realtà molto vicina).

Nur zum Übernachten ganz OK.
Pros:

Schöne, saubere Zimmer. Zum Check-in musste eine Tel. Nr. angerufen werden um das Vorgehen erklärt zu bekommen. Mittels Codes konnten dann die Zimmerschlüssel aus einem Automaten bezogen werden.

Cons:

Leider gab es in allen drei Zimmern kein warmes Wasser - scheinbar war der Boiler defekt oder ausgeschaltet.
