Maybe the room is small but is understandable due in the zone which is Cinque Terre all properties are small; is part of the reality and the same time part of the uniqness.

Cute picturesque stay in Cinque Terre.
Pros:

Cute hotel! Very clean and very friendly staff! Breakfast was great!

Cons:

AC wouldn’t stop cooling so we slept under 2 extra blankets and in our sweatshirts. Given the choice I would prefer an AC that over cools instead of under cools but it was quite chilly in our room. We had it set to 21 C and it felt like 17 or 18.

Hotel molto carino e curato. In una posizione strategica sia per la spiaggia sia per gli spostamenti con il treno, sia per i tanti locali dove poter mangiare. Staff super gentile e disponibile. Colazione ben fornita con prodotti dolci e salati.
Teli mare a disposizione sempre anche dopo il check out.

A perfect stay from start to finish—we wouldn't hesitate to return.
Pros:

The location and cleanliness were our priority. The staff behind the desk, the breakfast crew even the cleaning team were all super friendly and very obliging. The reception staff even helped with calling and sorting out an issue that we had overlooked when booking a rent a car in La Spezia.

My husband and I liked every aspect of the property.

La gentilezza dello staff e la sua centralità.
Il deposito bagagli e la possibilità di usufruire delle docce, se si andava in spiaggia, anche dopo il check out.

Phenomenal little hotel with amazing staff and quiet retreat from the bustle of the crowds.
Pros:

Quiet location. Amazing free breakfast. Clean. Comfortable beds. Would come back here. Great ac/cooling. Cute hotel. Very easy walk to beach and train.

Cons:

Rooms were tight, but I think most of this area is like that. Spacious bathroom though, and great places to relax on the patios and courtyards of the property.
