Pros:

I loved the hotel’s location in the old part of town, which added so much charm to our stay. All the staff were lovely, welcoming, and extremely helpful especially Patrizia and Marco, who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. Their kindness and attentiveness really made a difference and we are very grateful for their wonderful hospitality.

Cons:

Steps to reception but after check-in we found out there was an easier way to access our room.

A peaceful place to stay in a busy tourist area.
Pros:

We loved the terrace and the fact it was away from the main tourist area but an easy walk (uphill) to get to. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Room nice sized with a comfortable bed. It was nice that after a long day of walking and seeing the sites we could sit on the terrace and have a glass of wine.

Cons:

We liked everything and would highly recommend it.

Relaxing!
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing, staff were fantastic and location was excellent. We stayed with 2 adults & 2 teenagers which was a very tight fit for the room.

Excelente café da manhã!

Cons:

Nossas malhas ficaram guardadas num guarda volumes até o horário do checkin, e com a chuva molharam todas!

The hotel was a decent value and the breakfast made up for the other issues
Pros:

Breakfast was very good and the front desk was helpful

Cons:

The room was very small for a "superior double" which I thought would be at least a bit larger room to move around the bed. Basically you open the door and there is the bed in front of you. Not good space to open two suitcases. The bed was basically two twin beds put together and the pillows unfortunately were not comfortable.
