Good, coffee from room should be offered at breakfast also. We were only given two instant coffee in room, more should be offered. Stair steps loud when people on them, kitchen noise also loud

Mattress terrible:( Booked the room not understanding 2nd floor was really 3rd level, too many stairs for us

Pros:

Tremendous team for breakfast - which was in itself was pretty good too. Lots of fresh fruit 😀
Marco and Joseph excelled as did the housemaid on floor 2. Room kept v clean
A reported broken shower head holder was replaced in a few hours.
Everywhere v clean. Thoroughly recomend

Cons:

We only stayed 4 nights. Could do more!

For hikers a slightly earlier breakfast start. 8pm is quite late. A few English TV channels and tea and coffee making facilities in room
