床褥枕頭已下榻，覺得殘舊！幸好從電視上知道有空氣清新機，向職員借用。
在日本不同城市都住過此一系列飯店,cp值很好,一如既往的表現良好
此飯店在台灣人中的評價很高,因此很容易遇到台灣人,有時會比較沒有在國外旅遊的氣氛.但這也不是絕對缺點,
Tolle lage mit U-Bahn station direkt vor dem Hotel. Aber auch Hakata-Station nur wenige minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zimmer ein kleinwenig größer als üblich. Onsen bereich sehr schön gemacht und gut ausgestattet. Sauna auch vorhanden. Frühstück war reichhaltig aber japanisch(muss man mögen, ich mag es sehr).
Keine Badewanne, nur Dusche im Badezimmer

Great location— convenient to Hakata station and subway (especially when it was raining). Lots of choices of restaurants nearby with varieties of food and plenty of shopping at Hakata station. Onsen was nice but could get crowded. The laundry facilities in the women’s spa was never too busy which made keeping up with laundry very easy.
Rooms are small with very little room to be able to open a large suitcase but we did have two beds and two chairs in the room so it could have been worse.

We were only here for one night but we liked the location - great for walking to the canal area and shops, and easy access from the train station. The spa area was busy but very nice and offered a relaxing way to complete the evening! The staff were friendly and the in-room pjs offered for the spa were comfortable. The breakfast room was busy but the breakfast offered lots of variety. We would definitely stay here again.
This was a good hotel! Nothing negative to add!
Convenient location, near the Canal City Hakata shopping mall, Nakasu district, Kawabata shopping street, Kushida Shrine metro station, Gion metro station. All within walking distance. Many food options nearby, quite a number of convenience stores as well.
Also, good Japanese public bath within the hotel (free for hotel guests), that provides free ice cream most of the day, with paid washing machine facilities.
Staff are very friendly and accommodating, able to speak and understand basic English (enough for most stuff).
Free towel changes. Free toiletries. Free bathing gown/pyjamas that’s comfortable for wear within rooms/hotels. Free slippers for use within hotel.
Clean facilities overall, both common and room.
Very small rooms (17m2), barely enough for large luggage. Small in-room toilets too. A bit pricey for the size (20k++ yen per night), probably due to location.
