The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

We went to the canton street buffet on a Saturday dinner. The restaurant is clean and cooling. They may not have extensive buffet spread but the quality is good. We all enjoy ourself pretty much esp I’m not a big eat but I was told that I ate a lot!
The staff were friendly and attentive ! More impressive that we weee actually on waitlist as restaurant were full when we booked weeks ago.
The staff actually called and informed that there is a table available on the day itself and without hesitation, we went! We enjoy ourself very much!

I had an excellent experience at The Cooling Tower, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Rodney, KV, and Satesh. From the moment we arrived, they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect.
Their professionalism, warm hospitality, and genuine care made us feel truly welcomed and valued. They were always prompt in attending to our requests and made the entire dining experience enjoyable and memorable.
A big thank you to Rodney, KV, and Satesh for their outstanding service. Their dedication and positive attitude are a credit to The Cooling Tower. Highly recommended, and I look forward to visiting again!

I was there for the Canton Street Kitchen buffet. The level of service from the staff was very appreciated - they took good care of my mum by surprising her with a cake for her birthday without prompting on my end. Deva and his team did a fantastic job that really made that meal memorable for my family.
Authentic taste and excellent price point particularly the 1-for-1 on the OCBC Credit card. Uncle David was such a welcoming server and made us feel so at home.

Location is very nice because it’s near MRT station and shopping mall, 100am. Also, room, quietness, lift etc, the facilities are very good.
The shower room is not so good because some shower water splash out of the room. Also the water pressure is not good.

Food are fresh and service are good. Just that the space is small and a bit cramped to move around. Staff are thoughtful to ask whether we driving and issue us the complimentary carpark before we ask. Saw the service staff helpful to assist elderly take their plate to the table.
