The service was great. They went above and beyond. It was modern and clean.
It is not Western-oriented!
Went for the 1-1 lunch at Plate. The food are delicious and service of all the staff from restaurant manager to all the service crews are excellent. Happened to spill half bowl of laksa on the floor near my table and the crews immediately came and provide assistance. They also moved us to another table. The staff also went around offering carpark coupon which is very nice gesture unlike other places which we still have to ask for it.
This is by far the best value and best buffet I’ve had in the past 10 years. For the first time in my life, I literally took from EVERY station which is extremely rare in all buffet places. Everything was tasty (not ultra tasty) but for the value, atmosphere, servers’ attitude, you got to give this place a try. Can’t really find anything to criticize, if I really have to find 1, that is, seatings are limited. So if you don’t book early, that’s it for you. Shout out to Elaine as well, she did a great job and ensure her customers are served with the best attitude. I didn’t expect a complimentary parking but she went the extra mile, table to table to get one for those who drives. None of the buffet I went to does this, and some, you had to beg for it - like Holiday Inn who told me only spending above $180 gets one. Boo.

Repeat visits and happy with the food quality and more importantly the great service by the staff especially David who always wear a smile and going extra mile to make our dining experience a great one!
Service was warm and attentive, especially staffs - Jackson and David, they are very helpful. And the buffet spread offered good value for money.
I left my jacket in the locker. I remember it was definitely from the moment I left the airport, but I thought it couldn't possibly be lost, so when I got home I emailed the hotel, but the jacket was gone. What a terrible experience for a 5-star hotel.
Had a fantastic stay here, the room was great and amenities good. A special shout to concierge Ravean Raj who was always friendly and very helpful.
Hotel room is clean and big, Location is great, Staff are helpful. We have a lot of luggage when we checked out and Mr Suresh was very kind to help us bring the luggage to the taxi, would recommend this hotel.

Had our Mother’s Day meal at the Plate. Food is decently good. Local flavours always a treat amidst the gourmet commonly provided by other hotels.
Had a very welcoming and pleasant Mother's day buffet lunch at Plate, made even more welcoming by Jackson, Gopala and Elaine for the hospitality who went out of their way to make this celebratory meal a special one!
