A very pleasant stay in Singapore. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Very thoughtful and went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasant as possible. After we checked out, we had to wait 4 hours before going to the airport. The staff were able to provide a room for us to get changed and showered just before we left for the airport. Prior to that, my children were very hot from the weather, and even though they were unable to sell us some ice-cream, they went to the kitchen and got us some from the lunch buffet.

Cons:

The location of the hotel is on the south edge of Chinatown. Not right in the centre of the city, but honestly so many amenities close by it was not a problem. MRT station was only a few minutes walk away.

Hab Aufenthalt in einem super Start Hotel in idealer Lage
Pros:

Habe eben schon eine Bewertung abgegeben, da wir zweimal hintereinander in dem Hotel waren. Wie gesagt ein sauberes gutes Stadthotel in idealer Lage. Preisleistung erfüllt. Freundliches Personal und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Poolbereich liegt leider im Schatten hauptsächlich. Die Auflagen sind verdreckt und fleckig. Müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden und es müsste vielleicht etwas mehr darauf geachtet werden, dass die Bezüge gereinigt werden. Und etwas häufiger dort kehren.

Spitzenstadthotel mit guten Service. Sauber und ordentlich
Pros:

Es ist ein top Hotel in einer super Lage. Von dort aus kann man überall hin Ausflüge machen. Man hat die S-Bahn direkt um die Ecke. China Town zu Fuß. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Bäder sind Teil renoviert hier und da könnte man etwas dran arbeiten. Aber ich möchte mich nicht beschweren. Es war alles gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und mit viel Auswahl. Der Fitnessraum ist klein, aber für ein bisschen Sport reicht es. Der Outdoor Bereich ist zwar gut gemeint, aber nur mit schweren Gewichten. Es ist auf jeden Fall sehr ordentlich und aufgeräumt.

Cons:

Das einzige was ich bemängeln würde, ist der Poolbereich. Er wird nicht wirklich gut gesäubert (kehren) und B.: Die Auflagen sehen wirklich nicht mehr gut aus. Die sollten dringend ausgetauscht werden oder bessere liegen mit anderen Auflagen. Man könnte außerdem ein paar liegen vor den Outdoor Fitnessbereich positionieren. Da ist so verschenkter Raum.
