Pros:

O café da manhã é agradável. Os funcionários são educados. A localização é ótima, no centro, perto de estacionamento, shopping, etc.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, deve pagar o que fica na frente. As instalações estão mal cuidadas. Os quartos são muito mal limpos: os lençóis cheiram mal, a cama não foi limpa, haviam vidros quebrados no forro e nas luminárias de cabeceira.

Pedi para ficar mais um pouco pois meu ônibus somente sairia as 19:30 e o funcionário me informou que deveria pagar mais 150,00.No meu quarto quando fui dormir ,na madrugada o painel de controle fez um barulho como se alguém estivesse mexendo nele,apesar de que já o havia desligado.Enfi,muito estranho.Chuveiro custa a esquentar .O café da manhã já foi melhor.Frequento o Nikko há mais de 5 anos e tenho visto com tristeza como a qualidade vem caindo.

O atendimento é excelente.

Cons:

Por indicação do Hotel colocamos o carro no estacionamento de frente, o manobrista baixou o vidro do carro, e deu um travada como ele tentou subir o vidro várias vezes a parte elétrica queimou e tivemos um prejuízo muito grande, o que era para ser um passeio agradável gerou momentos de tensão. A culpa não é do hotel, mas fui para o estacionamento confiando na indicação.

Pros:

Hotel com uma ótima localização. As instalações são um pouco antigas, mas tudo bem cuidado, a limpeza estava boa. O café da manhã é muito bom. Funcionários bem atenciosos e solícitos.

Cons:

Não tem estacionamento, mas em frente tem um estacionamento pago, 45 reais por dia.
E os elevadores em alguns horários ficam insuficientes para a quantidade de pessoas.
