Había una falla en el box de la ducha y eso hacía que cuando nos bañabamos saliera agua fuera del box y ensopara la alfombra de la ducha. Es algo que deberían reparar.

Decepcionada com a atitude do Gerente

Da simpatia dos funcionários, do café da manhã, da localização e da limpeza.

Cons:

Do ar condicionado vazou água sobre a cama e não gelou direito. Mudamos de acomodação na véspera de sair do Hotel e no novo quarto também vazou água do ar condicionado. Da iluminaçãodo quarto deixa a desejar. Da guarda das bagagens que não identifica as malas dos hospedes, isso gerou um problema, pq minha irmã pegou todas as nossas malas e sem saber pegou de outro hospede pensando que era nossa, o Hotel só avisou bem depois, quando estávamos chegando no aeroporto e foi grosseiro, colocou a responsabilidades sobre ela, o que teria sido evitado se o Hotel fosse mais organizado nessa questão, foram 10 pessoas da nossa família hospedados e com certeza não voltaremos mais.

Fiquei hospedada no Hotel Nikko neste final de semana com a minha avó e achei importante deixar uma avaliação justa, porque vi muitas críticas que, sinceramente, me pareceram desalinhadas com a proposta do hotel.

É um hotel 3 estrelas, simples, sem luxo e ele entrega exatamente isso e justa pelo valor cobrado, que é bem em conta. A acomodação estava limpa, o atendimento foi muito bom e acolhedor, e o café da manhã achei totalmente adequado para a categoria do hotel. Nada extremamente sofisticado, mas tudo organizado e funcionando bem.

Normalmente fico em hotéis 5 estrelas quando viajo, então acredito que consegui avaliar de forma bem consciente a proposta daqui: não é um hotel de luxo, mas também não promete ser. Dentro do que se propõe, achei uma experiência muito positiva e me hospedaria novamente.
