Pros:

Uprzejmy personel, spełniona prośba dotyczącą pokoju, o której pisałam przed przyjazdem. Dogodna lokalizacja, możliwość zostawienia bagaży po wymeldowaniu.

Cons:

Pokój nie był dostatecznie wysprzątany. Bardzo mały prysznic. Goście nieprzestrzegający ciszy nocnej (głośne rozmowy na korytarzu, trzaskanie drzwiami) skutecznie uniemożliwiali odpoczynek.

Bardzo sympatyczna Obsługa hotelu.
Wygląd pokoju dokładnie taki, jak na zdjęciach. Świetnie, że jest czajnik, kubki i można zrobić samodzielnie herbatę. Dużo luster w pokoju.
Plus za już rozłożoną i pościeloną sofę.
Kolejny plus za możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu w zamkniętym pomieszczeniu.

Cons:

W pokoju nie było suszarki do włosów, ani zestawu do prasowania, które są w opisie pokoju na portalu booking.

Comfy, sweet and nice staying
Pros:

The breakfast had a lot of options plus there was always somebody to accommodate you with the breakfast options. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was nice and helpful. A plus was a welcome shot. No noise

Cons:

Hotel is a bit far from the city centre and Kazimierz district. Balcony view was on other hotel`s balconies.
