Likte: Veldig servicevennlig hyggelig betjening. Elskverdig ansatt som var helt enig i at dette var for dårlig. Hun prøvde ikke å forsvare hotellkjeden. Hun la seg flat og innrømmet at dette ikke hørte hjemme noen plass.

Cons:

Jeg har epilepsi og må sove 1 time på dagtid for å kunne gå ut til middag. På rommet var gardiner trukket fra slik at det blir et drivhus av varme ved ankomst. Fikk ikke sove. Et telt hadde vært bedre. Verken AC eller ventilasjonsanlegg som virker. For denne prisen forventes bedre luft og tempereatur. Jeg ønsker deler av betaling refundert for dette.

Rommet var for enkelt utstyrt. Det var ikke hyller eller skuffer til tøy, og det var ingen stoler, bare krakker. Madrassen var for myk.

Pros:

Worst and most expensive hotel experience of my life. They sell you «Superior» rooms that should really be called Inferior. The difference in price to a normal room was over 2000NOK and I was told that what I got extra was instant coffee and 2 square meters extra. The extra bed was just a springy, narrow and super hard pull-out chair that’s impossible to sleep on, so my second night here I slept on the floor… And it was way better than the chair!!! What a complete joke of a hotel.

Ingen info på forhånd om at hele strand-området var stengt
Pros:

Bra beliggenhet, bra frokost

Cons:

Vi valgte hotellet pga beliggenheten ved Bystranda, men hele Bystranda og området rundt var sperret av hele uka fordi det var forberedelser til Palmesus. Null info til oss om det før vi kom. Det var utrolig skuffende. Det ble ikke som forventet i det hele tatt.
