Localização excelente, funcionários gentis, café da manhã com muita variedade.

Não consegui colocar nenhum defeito. O quarto que selecionamos é bem simples, mas é da maneira que precisamos pq o hotel é só pra dormir e tomar café. Passamos o dia inteiro passeando e aproveitando os vinhedos e os caminhos de pedra. Mas é super limpo, cama confortável, chuveiro quentinho.

Café da manhã excelente (parece um café colonial com muitas opções, todas excelentes).

Cons:

A instrutora que cuida da área recreativa, em alguns momentos, demonstrou uma postura excessivamente rígida tanto com as crianças quanto com os pais. Embora a organização e o cumprimento de regras sejam importantes, uma abordagem mais acolhedora e flexível contribuiria para uma experiência mais agradável. Em um ambiente de lazer, espera-se que as interações sejam leves e receptivas.

Não gostei, esperava algo no mínimo mais limpo,

Nada. A fachada é bonita mas por dentro… muito ruim.

Cons:

Quarto sujo, piscina com água turva e com piso e paredes lisos de gordura. A água fazia espuma. Pagar 30,00 no roupão?!? Debaixo da cama todo empoeirado. Muita coceira após a estadia, estamos tratando de sarna. O preço não corresponde ao que é oferecido. Café da manhã sempre lotado, serviço de quarto peca na qualidade e variedade dos lanches.
