Location was great. Staff was good. Facilities were modern.
Ac didn’t work in our room which was in the fifth floor. Staff arranged for a mobile ac which worked but was noisy.
The location, service, attitude of the staff, and cleanliness of the hotel were impeccable. From the moment I arrived, everything was thoughtfully taken care of, and I will definitely be visiting again.
It really is the little things that make the biggest difference. From the thoughtful gifts to the fridge being regularly restocked, every detail made the stay feel truly special and personal.
Overall, it was a wonderful and wholesome experience that genuinely exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

The location was perfect - the center of the city, and also close to bus stations and a metro station for when we wanted to go a bit far from the hotel.
The room was super convenient and clean, the staff were very welcoming and available for help, and the breakfast was great!

The 5min walk from Rosso Metro station was so handy after arriving from Australia. All the staff were so friendly and helpful, including public transport questions etc. Room was 603 on the top floor with a view. Super quiet (even though we were by the lift, heard nothing), comfortable bed, very clean, free minibar that was restocked daily and a gift of port wine and pastel de natas. 100% stay here again.

Ένα υπέροχο μέρος, στην καρδιά της Λισαβονας, πανέμορφο, με ευρύχωρα και πολύ καλόγουστα δωμάτια, ευγενέστατο προσωπικό και υπέροχη ενέργεια! Κάναμε βόλτες και ήταν χαρά μας να γυρίσουμε έστω για λίγο για να το απολαύσουμε!
