Close to the station, private room and bathroom, close to laundry
Sink did not plug well and I thought the water did not get hot enough. It could have been just the time I was trying use it.

Location in town. Was quite cheap.
Paid extra for breakfast included, hotel didn't even offer breakfast, but gave us vouchers for places that open for lunch. Ended up at Starbucks.
Room is very dusty. Receptionist told us "no smoking" at check in, but our room reeked of cigarettes.
On arrival, receptionist asked me to pay cash even though I paid online. Apparently they can't process the payment till the morning. I refused to pay twice.
No shower curtain. No hot water, and shower head sprayed everything all over the bathroom. Nothing left dry. Only one towel given for two guests.
TV was very unresponsive and slow. Room was tiny, which was expected at the price, but he photos looked so much nicer.

The room has a good size
There is a shared refrigerator and there are hot and cold water dispensers on every floor.
There is a small restaurant allmost opposite the hotel and a small shop for basic groceries next door.
It is really easy to get to the lake, where you can enjoy the view and walk around.
The disposable towels!
The hotel provides only disposable towels, which I really don't like because they are terrible to use and you create a pile of waste.
So you better bring your own towel. (Or even better, the hotel is going change this and use regular towels)
But for the rest it is a good and affordable place to stay.
