Pros:

The pool was warm.

Cons:

When we arrived the room looked dirty, the floor was not clean, the bathroom had some little hair on the cover of the toilet. The sheets in bed had some hair, the pillows were dirty. At night the cockroaches sneaked through the main door!!! The water inside the pitcher tasted strange.
According the policies you can do the check out since 5am but the clerk did not arrive early, we had to wait until 7:20am to be able to do the check out.

Wonderful stay in a central and secure location.
Pros:

The staff were great! From front desk to cleaning, to the attached cafe and even the night security guard who I encountered when taking my dog out at night!
They upgraded my room when I had to change rooms because of a minor plumbing issue that caused a leak they couldn’t fix instantly. Nice large comfortable rooms, cold a/c plus ceiling fans, pool was great and always clean and inviting, Front desk staff accepted my service dog form from the US DOT, the restaurant had great food and drinks and friendly helpful staff as well. It was quiet, even though it’s in a central location in Todos Santos. Everything is walkable from the hotel.

Cómodo, limpio y tranquilo en el centro de Todos Santos
Pros:

La ubicación, la piscina y la cama eran absolutamente perfectas!

Cons:

No tenían una consigna o espacio donde dejar nuestro equipaje por unas horas al hacer el check out y eso fue bastante depecionante porque es algo muy solicitado en hoteles.

Great place to stay if you want minimalistic relaxation.
Pros:

Nice & cozy modern. Located at the skirts, end of town in order to walk. Pool and rooms surrounding pool. Quaint & stylish.

Cons:

No tvs, but that is the point.

Wonderful, small hotel, helpful staff, cute property w/ pool/restaurant/bar in central Todos Santos
Pros:

Beautiful property, great restaurant/bar, wonderful cocktails and food. Room was very comfortable and a good size, very clean. Loved staying in a small property. The pool and pool area was very appealing although I didn't get in the pool because we were in town for an event. This property is in a great location to get to all the sights, restaurants and shops in Todos Santos.

Cons:

Would have loved bottled water in the room instead of a pitcher of water but otherwise the room was comfortable and great.
