Avoid if you can!
Pros:

Reception staff were friendly, helpful and very polite.
Beds were clean and comfortable, good sized flat screen tv, location of hotel is excellent

Cons:

Photos on booking.com nothing like what we got, terrible room, bathroom tiny and very dated, as was the stand alone wardrobe , (the “hotel” in general was dated and had terrible presentation). Floors were not very clean, walls marks all over them. Balcony overlooked building construction site, as well as other balcony’s from neighbouring properties, no privacy at all. Curtain had to be kept drawn day and night as there was no sheer curtain. Balcony itself was full of rust. There was a lot of noise from adjacent rooms (constant slamming of doors throughout the night) the rooms were only serviced every second day! worst of all was the “breakfast” it was served in a heated room with very dated and mismatched furniture *cheap and nasty) the cereals were stale, one of the milk cartons the milk was off and the other 2 were on their way, everything was served in a very hot room with no allowances for keeping things cold. Everything was served out in the open hot room. As a result you wouldn’t dare touch the cold meats or cheese, as risk of getting sick. Coffee and tea facilities were nonexistent. There was a “machine” that served black coffee, couldn’t add milk as it was off! No napkins in sight, they had the napkin holders on the tables with no napkins! Worst experience ever! Way overpriced hotel, you definitely do not get your monies worth, it’s a bit of a rip off and if we knew what was in store for us, we would not have booked this place at all. We would not stay here again and needless to say would not recommend it! Shame on booking.com for misleading and misrepresenting this hotel to its customers.

The stay was urban, near the beach and close to old town.
Pros:

The service was excellent , everyone went above and beyond to help. ❤️ Next time I visit Rhodes I will return to this hotel.

Fair hotel in great location
Pros:

The hotel is good. I think lots of work was done to make it look good and modern. I had no issues

Cons:

For one person and short stay, the hotel was ok. The toilet has a bad smell due to old building. I think it’s beyond repair

We had a very pleasant stay at NEP Hotel. We arrived late in the evening, but the hotel provided clear instructions for collecting our keys, so getting into our room was completely hassle-free.

The location is excellent—right in the heart of the city. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, even late at night, and we always felt safe walking around the area. It’s also within walking distance of the beach and very close to the bus station, making it easy to catch the bus directly to the airport.

A special thank you to Anastasia at reception. She was kind, caring, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her excellent English made communication very easy, which we really appreciated.

The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was adequate but fairly basic, with limited choices. The dining room could do with a little more attention, and it’s a shame that the café-style area near the reception wasn’t in use, as it has the potential to be a lovely space.

Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend NEP Hotel for its fantastic location, cleanliness, and especially the outstanding hospitality from Anastasia.

Pros:

Бронювали на 1 ніч. Чудове розташування: близько до моря та Родоського замку, десь 10хв пішки. Готель трішки старіше ніж на фото, але все охайне та чисте. Постіль білосніжна, ліжко зручне. Сніданок класичний, всі продукти смачні та доброї якості. Рекомендую тим, хто планує не сидіти в номері, а досліджувати місто.
