Everyone at hotel was very sweet and helpful. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Our morning coffee was complimentary. It was great that the rooms had balconies. We were a 3-minute walk from the beach. There was a market 7-8 minutes away. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, making transportation convenient. We were satisfied in every way. We want to come back again!
Our hair dryer was broken and wasn't replaced, but it's not a big problem :)

Bad smell through the hotel starting in the lobby. Smelled of cigarettes. The hotel room had a dirty smell especially when the AC was turned on. The sheets were not clean. Staff was unhelpful when we told them about the dirty sheets and told us to change them ourselves with a new sheet that was handed to us.
The breakfast was good. Reasonable price 8 euro.
The showers in the rooms were difficult to use. Water would get everywhere on the floor.

Lo staff era disponibilissimo e molto gentile. Tutti parlavano bene inglese e non avevamo problemi di comunicazione. Alla reception c'è un servizio bar per bibite fresche e piccoli spuntino. Tutto a prezzi molto accessibili.
Le camere erano pulite e abbastanza spaziose. I bagni puliti e forniti con sapone e asciugamani.
La stazione del tram e anche la spiaggia dal altro lato della strada e in 20 Min si arrivava in centro storico.
Nonostante la strada molto trafficata davanti al albergo non si sentiva quasi niente con le finestre chiuse.
I bagni delle stanze hanno diverse misure. In camera nostra c'era un bagno molto spazioso con finestra, ma senza tenda così che si bagna a un po' tutto il pavimento facendo la doccia, invece il bagno nella camera dei miei suoceri era molto piccolo e ci si girava malapena.
Il traffico davanti al albergo ti costringeva di chiudere le finestre per dormire e di accendere l'aria condizionata.
