Habitaciones limpias y cómodas.
El personal fue muy atento y servicial desde la llegada. Incluso después del checkout nos guardaron el equipaje y el auto en su estacionamiento.
Me gustó que está a unos 10 minutos caminando del centro por lo que en la noche no se escucha el ruido de la ciudad.
Pagamos el paquete con desayuno y nos sorprendió el sabor y cantidad. Fue un desayuno completo con café, pan y fruta, además huevos al gusto con chilaquiles y frijoles refritos, un desayuno muy llenador. Además el personal del restaurante fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, no sólo en el restaurante también durante la estancia.
El check in es a las 3:00pm y no nos dejaron hacerlo una hora antes pero entiendo que quizá una noche antes hubo muchos huéspedes y puede que estuvieran terminando de limpiar las habitaciones. No hay estacionamiento en el hotel, en sí, si no a unos 200 metros de ahí que ya está incluido en el precio de la reserva, pero se entiende porque en Guanajuato no es muy común encontrar hotel con estacionamiento dentro por sus calles angostas y callejones.

La experiencia que vivimos en razer por la ciudad y por la sierra de Guanajuato fue algo increíble y sobre todo lo hermoso que es y sigue siendo Guanajuato como zona turística!!
