Pour la piscine, c'est bien
Pros:

L'hôtel est bon compromis, l'accès piscine et sauna/hammam est très bien. Notre chambre fut très grande et confortable.
11 étages, donc une vue sur la ville (mais pas ouf).
2 ascenseurs desservent ces 11 étages, et si vous comptez les prendre en même temps que les heures de ménages, bon courage, Ils deviennent inaccessibles pendant qq heures.
L'emplacement n'est pas fabuleux et certains taxis ne trouvent pas l'entrée ( d'autres la trouvent sans souci), il y a qq bus qui passent à proximité mais moi qui aime courir au petit matin, aux alentours de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas grand chose, du coup, je suis allé nager à la place, car la piscine ouvre à 7h et ça c'est cool.

Die Größe des Appartments.

Wir waren in der 11. Etage. Das Zimmer war dreckig wurde aber nachgereinigt mit der Aussage das es leid tut aber vorher war eine Familie mit Kindern Drin! Wird dann nicht gereinigt nach der Abreise frag ich mich?
Das Zimmer war direkt unter dem Restaurant. Das heißt abends war es laut und morgens auch recht früh. die Badewanne war das einzige zum duschen konnte ohne Vorhang oder Duschwand sodass man sich vorsehen musste nicht alles nass zu machen. Auch die Höhe der Wanne war nicht gerad toll. Der Einstieg für kleine Personen oder ältere Menschen ist ich schlecht. Das Buffet war auch nicht gerade super. Insgesamt kann man überall an der Sauberkeit arbeiten und die Möbel vielleicht auch mal erneuern. Alles sehr abgelebt. Zu guter letzt war der Kühlschrank völlig verschimmelt. So etwas geht garnicht.

A hotel with very good facilities, but ruined by unacceptable pool discrimination against my daughter.
Pros:

The hotel facilities were overall very good and the property was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

The hotel management refused to allow my daughter into the general swimming pool under the excuse that she was not wearing European style swimwear. This is completely unacceptable, discriminatory, and very unprofessional. Guests should be treated with respect regardless of their background or choice of attire. This incident ruined our family experience and I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel has parking spaces for its guests. The room is very spacious, with a balcony. The restaurant has a nice view. There were nice coffee capsules in the room.

Cons:

I hadn't read anywhere that there was a €100 deposit for the room. If I had read about it in advance, I wouldn't have booked a stay there because I don't like that kind of attitude. Also, when you check out, someone comes to inspect the room to see if everything is okay before they refund your deposit.
The other thing I didn't like was that there was only one blanket on the double bed.
We waited a lot for elevator to come.
Moreover, the air conditioner was positioned in such a way that it blew directly onto the bed.

החדרים, זה דירה מרווחת, עם שני ידרי שינה ,סלון ומטבח, 2 שירותים ומקלחת, מעולה למשפחה, חדר אוכל נחמד, ארוחת בוקר מספקת, מרפסת של חדר האוכל משקיפה על העיר, נעים לשבת בשמש של בוקר במרפסת.. נהנתי מאד.. ממליצה בחום.

The rooms were very spacious and exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was excellent.

However, since we stayed for only one night, these positive aspects were less significant to us than the unpleasant treatment we received upon arriving at the hotel. Unfortunately, our first impression of the hotel was shaped by the unfriendly and disrespectful welcome we experienced during check-in.

Cons:

I would like to share my disappointment regarding our check-in experience with the front desk employee who handled our arrival.

We were on an eight-day trip through Romania and had already stayed in three different hotels before arriving at yours. In every previous hotel, we were welcomed with kindness, patience, and respect. Your hotel was meant to be the final and most enjoyable part of our trip.

Unfortunately, after a long and exhausting drive from Bran, the welcome we received was the exact opposite of what we expected.

Throughout the check-in process, the employee's attitude was unpleasant . When we did not fully understand certain details, instead of explaining them patiently, he responded with sarcasm. His tone of voice, facial expressions, and overall manner came across as condescending and dismissive.

At one point, he repeated his explanation in a louder voice, as if we were incapable of understanding, rather than simply taking the time to clarify the information respectfully. We felt embarrassed and very uncomfortable, to say the least.

We fully understand that misunderstandings can happen, especially when guests and staff do not share the same native language. However, this makes patience, courtesy, and professionalism even more important.

It was truly disappointing that what was supposed to be the most relaxing and enjoyable hotel stay of our trip began with such an unpleasant experience. We felt genuinely unwelcome.

We hope you will take this feedback seriously and address the matter, so that future guests receive the warm and respectful welcome that every guest deserves.

The following morning, we shared our experience and how we felt with the reception staff on duty. They were kind and attentive.
