Pros:

Apartament foarte spatios, poate prea spatios. Dar curat, confortabil.
Parcare mare inclusa in pret, inclusiv statie de incarcare pentru masina electrica.
Mic dejun bogat, diversificat
Restaurant la ultimul etaj cu vedere panoramica, meniul ok, nimic spectaculos dar gasesti ce sa mananci.

Cons:

Ceva uzura la usile interioare, nu se inchideau toate foarte bine,dar nimic problematic.
