צוות הקבלה היה נהדר, אדיב ומארח. דירה ברמה גבוהה מאד ומתקנים ברמה מעולה.

Cons:

לאחר שצוות אחזקת הבית והמנקות סידר את הדירה, נעלמו מכנסי הפיג'מה של הבת שלי שיצאה מהטיול מאד מתוסכלת.
בנוסף, ביום האחרון לשהייה. חדר אוכל היה מפוצץ, אנשים אכלו בעמידה ורמת האוכל הייתה נמוכה מאד. נאלצנו לקחת את ארוחת הבוקר ולרדת לאכול בדירה

Isot siistit huoneet.

Cons:

Kylpyläosastoa mainostettiin suomalaisella saunalla, ja siellä oli tosiaan Harvian kiukaat. Kiukaan vieressä oli vain sähköiskusta ja vedenheittämisestä kiukaalle varoittavat kyltit. Poreammeessa oli 30cm vettä istuinosan päällä ja väri longeron harmaa.

Bellissima struttura adatta a famiglie , la Spa è davvero fantastica con piscine riscaldate. Colazione abbondante ma prevalentemente salata, come da cultura locale. Personale molto gentile , molto disponibili i ragazzi dello Sri Lanka. Pulizia quotidiana eccellente .

Cons:

Unica pecca : la mattina avevamo prenotato la colazione in camera perché andavamo via presto ma non ci è stata recapitata , chiamando in reception nessuno rispondeva , ma non ho insistito più di tanto perché avevamo fretta .

Wypoczynek w bardzo dobrych warunkach. Pokoje czyste oraz regularnie sprzątane. Metraż ogromny, balkon oraz pokoje dobrze wyposażone. Personel bardzo pomocny i wyrozumiały. Widok z okna dość przyjemny. Pokoje dobrze wyciszone. Oferta basenów, spa i saun na najwyższym poziomie.

Cons:

Poza drobnymi uszkodzeniami wynikającymi z eksploatacji (obicia ścian lub wykladziny na podłodze) wszystko było w porządku.
W strefie basenowej okresowo duża ilość osób, ale miejsca do pływania nie brakowało.

The room was nice.

Cons:

The reception staff need to smile more. The cleaners need to stop rushing people to get out of their rooms to clean, telling us ‘they are busy people’ at 10am. The food.. who wants chicken wings for breakfast? And rotten fruit. The spa was nice though.
