I would return to Hotel Regina Elena and if you are cyclists they are very helpful .
Pros:

The staff were so helpful in accomodating our needs as cyclists.The breakfasts were well presented meeting all the needs and tastes of various nations.The location was central, close to trains and reasonably close to the airport

Cons:

The air conditioner was not consistent in cooling .It often turned itself off at night .Fortunately the door opened up the outside to allow cooler air .

Très bien situé, en plein cœur d’Olbia, stationnement inclus, à pied de tout.

Cons:

Si vous voyagez avec beaucoup de bagages, ma chambre était petite donc peut-être prévoir une chambre plus grande. Il est possible d’en prendre des plus grandes l’hôtel offre différentes grandeurs de chambre. Les portes de la douche étaient brisées. Et la salle de bain avait besoin d’un peu de réparation. Au déjeuner, les croissants qui sont extrêmement délicieux sont mis au compte goutte, ce qui fait que quand on est plusieurs, il faut attendre pour déjeuner.

Affiché 4 étoiles mais je dirais un bon 2 étoiles, pas plus.. chambre terrible, sans volet, avec frigo bruyant et cuvette des toilettes de travers, le tout dans un goût des années 90

Sehr gutes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt
Pros:

Sehr gutes Hotel, direkt im Zentrum. Viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und sehr gute Eisdielen sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Das Zimmer und Bad waren sehr gut. Frühstück ebenfalls sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel in jedem Fall wieder buchen.

We enjoyed and had fun and we will come again.
Pros:

Hotel was right around the corner for shopping, site seeing, close to train or bus station also places to eat.

Cons:

Coffee was delicious but needs to be more available so the server does not have to make so many trips to the kitchen.

La mango de la ducha estaba roto y salpicaba mucha agua,las puertas de la ducha ( mampara ) no cerraban bien,la pileta no desaguaba bien,las toallas estaban rotas,el desayuno escaso ( no había variedad ) y el comedor pequeño e incómodo

Tragic and horrible

We paid for 4 star hotel and our rooms were in an apartment building next door. Old, smelled of mold, poor facilities. Had to open windows for smell and mosquitos came in. Ac split unit in room VERY loud with no settings for intensity. On or off only! Tragic. One of the most ecpensive hotels in Olbia but did not even qualify for motel. I will contact booking for refund. First time i give negative review.
