Pros:

Está en el centro de Santiago, el personal muy amable y cuenta con ascensor que es algo raro en la ubicación en la que está.
Además las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado y calefacción.

Cons:

La insonorización de la habitación al exterior, se sentía el ruido de la calle.

Perfect location, beautiful and affordable boutique hotel.
Pros:

What a gem! Right off a small, bustling plaza, gorgeous historic property with modern amenities. Staff welcoming and helpful. Loved the tub in the suite with balcony and sunset views. Couldn’t have been a better place close to cathedral to land post Camino.

Pros:

The staff was very communicative and proactive before check in, and even let is check in very early. However, they were not very helpful or reliable when we asked help for booking trips, but I guess that does not come with their services. It was very expensive for the room quality compared to other places that we have stayed at but I guess you pay for the location since it is literally at the back of Santiago Cathedral. The staff at breakfast was very lovely, especially the waitress, barista and chef who were so cheerful and friendly.

Too expensive for a hotel on the basic side

After finishing the Camino de Francis, it was wonderful to have this property available so close to the cathedral. I wish I had booked a bigger room, but that was my fault. My room was very comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was great. I have no complaints. I just wish I had gotten a bigger room. The café on the first floor was great. They were open early for breakfast and had lunch and dinner as well. It was also ideally situated to all of the restaurants and the shops. Just a great location overall. My room was very quiet as well.

There wasn’t anything I did not like.
