Pros:

My stay was wonderful, and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming. They even provided us with a complimentary extra bed and upgraded our room, which was a lovely gesture.

The room was very clean, spacious, and perfectly sized for our needs. Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent service.

I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

The location was not ideal for us, as it was about a 25-minute walk to the main city center. Since we were traveling with my mother, we often needed to take a taxi rather than walk.

However, for guests who are comfortable walking, the hotel is conveniently located near Nişantaşı and several other key attractions, making it a good base for exploring the area.

Pros:

Für einen Trip über mehrer Tage in Istanbul ist die Lage perfekt: mit der M2 (Metro) - vom Hotel aus nicht weit - erreicht man viele Ziele ohne großen Aufwand sehr gut!

Cons:

Einige Zimmer haben Verbindungstüren zu benachbarten Zimmer. Diese sind dadurch etwas hellhörig.

Pros:

The location of the hotel and the room cleaness was perfect and the house keeping staff specially Mr fatih were really kind and helpful however, the fact that no one speaks English specially in a 5 star hotel is quite frustrating

Frühstück war sehr gut - grosse Auswahl und alles frisch und lecker.
Die Betten sind super bequem und es ist alles sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Fenster sind nicht ganz dicht, so dass es am Wochenende in der Nacht etwas laut war.
Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit einer abgeschlossenen Verbindungstür zum Nachbarzimmer. Da hat man jedes Wort von nebenan gehört. Zum Glück war das nur in der 1. Nacht sehr nervig, als meine Nachbarin nachts um 3 in ihr Zimmer zurückgekommen ist.
Die Lage ist an sich sehr gut, liegt aber ziemlich genau zwischen 2 Metrostationen, so dass man immer etwas Flussweg (ca. 8 Min.) hat, wenn man morgens startet.
