I was nicely welcomed by Achint, he was so kind to offer a free room upgrade.
The staff at this hotel are all very friendly and helpful. I really liked my room with a nice view, quiet location and comfortable bed.

Three Chef, Mr Kanan. A lovely person who truly cares about the way he does his job. He took a personal care and spends his his time and asking feedback from the guests. The other guest relationship officers are good. However I find the chef has gone beyond my expectation in a positive way.
initially I was given the room facing the main road. The noise made by the vehicles Disrupted my sleep almost the whole night. I took this matter up on the following day and the desk officer has immediately offered me another room away from the noice.
I suggest the hotel to look into a noise proof room especially those facing the main road.
