Amazing experience!!!
Pros:

Our eight-day stay at Vivanta Chennai IT Expressway was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless.
A special thank you to Bidya at check-in, who made our arrival smooth and quick after a tiring journey.
The hospitality throughout the stay was outstanding, particularly from Sami Kannan in housekeeping, who surprised us with a beautiful welcome gift.
A huge credit goes to sous chef Kannan for his personal attention each time we visit the restaurant, always offering special, off-menu meals for the kids.
We were also consistently well-cared for by the hotel manager, Gaurav. We will certainly be back and highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

Cons:

If I have to add one thing to improve, it would be room service. Sometimes it take over 1hr for a bottle of water. Still this does not stop me to visit again. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

It was a very pleasant stay. Whenever we come over to Chennai again we hope to stay here again.
Pros:

The staff made us feel very welcome and they were very helpful as well. The breakfast was very good.

Perfect relaxing stay
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. The room was extremely comfortable and clean and the swimming pool was kept clean every day. I loved going for a swim every day. The breakfast was really good as well and different every day. The swimming area felt a little bit exposed to the restaurant area and as a woman, I would have preffered to not be so visible and to have the glass doors and windows completely fogged

Good. Points to improve
Pros:

The front office staff- she is amazing, even we are bit early she was accommodated well. Spacious room. Good breakfast. Even door man's friendly and caring.

Cons:

Since I ask to merge the twin beds. It was not done. I called to reception ask for slippers, I met HK in corridor and ask for slippers it not been delivered. I know will have standard amenities. Since 5 star hotel should flexible accommodate guest need. Bathroom walls has lot of moulds.
