Good location
Excellent location - just a 1 minute walk away from the train station!
The staff were lovely and kindly accommodated our request for an early check in!
Nice, clean room!
Air conditioning was excellent given visit in summer (July)
No room slippers, but the room was cleaned well. No bath mats as well (asked the reception but they didn't have any during our stay)
Would have liked to be able to get an iron in the room (The hotel has an ironing room on the 4th floor).

Air con could have been a lot colder
The staff at the check in desk were very unhelpful. There was an issue with the email check in and also the accord app that wouldn't allow me to set up an ibis account or check in prior to arrival. There was an early check in fee of £30 which would have been waived with an ibis account. After showing the staff that the email link from ibis to allow this account creation was broken they offered to help and made us pay the £30 even though it was clearly a technology issue.
