Pros:

A bár személyzetének kedvessége, figyelmessége kiemelkedő. Tökéletes a szálloda elhelyezkedése, hangulata, medencéje és kertje, valamint a reggeli.

Cons:

A napi takarítás kétszer is elmaradt, egyszer még külön kérésre sem történt meg. Az ágyak matracai már cserére szorulnának.

Cons:

Nous avons passé une première nuit à Elegance hôtel avant notre trip en Turquie. Malheureusement, on nous a donné la chambre 505 juste à côté de l'entrée donc très bruyante, mais aussi malodorante et pas très propre. Lors de notre arrivée, le voiturier a récupéré notre voiture pour la garer, ce qui est très appréciable, sauf que le lendemain matin nos clés ont été égarées (un client de l'hôtel a confondu avec ses clés). Nous avons dû attendre près de 2h.
Nous sommes revenus à la fin de notre trip et pour nous dédommager, nous avons été surclassés. La chambre était spacieuse mais encore une fois, pas très propre. Les équipements sont vétustes, il y a des fuites.
Nous avons voulu nous rassurer par rapport à la voiture garée par le voiturier, sachant que notre vol était le lendemain matin. La personne à l'accueil nous a assuré qu'il y aurait quelqu'un le lendemain à 6h pour aller chercher notre voiture. Et bien non, gros coup de stress car cette fois la personne à l'accueil n'avait pas son permis. Nous avons marché 5 minutes jusqu'au parking avec nos bagages. Heureusement, plus de peur que de mal. Mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

Mooi hotel met verzorgd ontbijt op goede locatie , minder mooie kamers.

Het hotel op zich is een pareltje: mooie binnenplaats met zwembad, gezellige bar, fantastische locatie en verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

De kamers waren in sterk contrast met de rest van het hotel. Ze hadden de “landlord special” gekregen: losse stopcontacten, gaten in muren, siffon die niet aangesloten was waardoor het water op de grond lekte als we tanden poetsten, pompbak die losstaat, etc. Ook vuil vast tapijt op de kamers vol met vlekken. De kamers zijn toe aan een grondige renovatie.

Une nuit, si la chambre est côté piscine et que la chambre est jolie, ça va très bien.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner au bord de la jolie piscine.

Cons:

Les chambres n’étaient pas comme sur les photos. Nous avons dû changer de chambre car les
rideaux ne se fermaient pas, c’était côté rue et bcp de bruit et une forte odeur désagréable.

Perfect Elegance in the heart of the Old Town
Pros:

I loved this hotel, I will definately come back. The pool was the cleanest & prettiest I've seen in Turkey. The friendly staff & attention to every detail made me feel like a valued customer & it was only my first stay. The room was stunning & clean & merges traditional opulance with modern amenities.
It is only a few minutes walk from Hadrians gate into the busy old town of Antalya with it's bazaars & resteraunts & stunning sunset views.
Breakfast was awesome with a great choice of all you could eat buffet style. It was so good I booked an extra few nights.

Cons:

Nothing it was perfect.

The staff is great! Location is excellent!
Pros:

The hotel has been completely refurbished if you are looking for a resort this is not for you. This is a traditional Turkish boutique hotel. Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds, friendly staff.

Cons:

The standard rooms are very small we booked a deluxe double room and we were given a standard room the first night we were told the hotel was booked but the next day we were given the room we had booked. The staff was very apologetic and they resolved the problem the very next day.

Perfect little hotel, staff were amazing, perfect for short getaways.
Pros:

The location was perfect, and the pool was amazing! Breakfast was also really good and the staff were ever so helpful with everything, couldn’t fault them at all!

Cons:

Our drains absolutely stank after the first two nights so we had to move rooms in the end. The new room was much nicer, but there were a few maintenance faults like the toilet seat and shower head. Also a lot of construction going on throughout the day that got noisy, but this was kept between sociable hours so not a huge issue

As we check in the hotel they gave us basement room the hotel was fully in renovation i would like to recommend if you are renovating the atleast you shouldn’t advertise your hotel the client is giving a handsome amount for his comfortness not for the hotel negligence
