Pros:

J ai tout aimé ! L accueil, le service, l’emplacement, l’accès lounge qui est un gros + !! Je me rappelle plus du nom du réceptionniste qui m’a très bien servi. Et le manager qui m’a changé de chambre avec terrasse poche de la piscine ! Mes enfants ont vraiment aimé leur séjour. Je suis super contente. J ai fait une pub sur mes réseaux sociaux !

Would definitely recommend
Pros:

Very clean, the room has everything you need. The staff were exceptional

Cons:

Good if you want to stay in First Settlement not good if you want to be near the tourist places (nile, pyramids etc.)

Super staff, extremely rresponsive, lovely pool area.
Pros:

The hotel was spotless, staff were attentive, friendly and could not do enough to help. The pool and outside area were fantastic.

Cons:

I am coeliac and the food chice was extremely limited, I did struggle to eat for the week.They had choice for different cultures to eat and types of food, but none that were suitable to me.
