Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das Hotel selbst war hervorragend – sehr sauber, komfortabel und bestens organisiert. Der Service war ausgezeichnet, und die gesamte Atmosphäre hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.

Ein herzliches Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und insbesondere an Herrn Hany Khalaf für den hervorragenden Service. Mitarbeiter wie er machen den Unterschied und hinterlassen einen bleibenden positiven Eindruck.

Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Pros:

Rooms are wide with comfortable beds, kids enjoy swimming in the pool and also staff were friendly and helpful.

Cozy beautiful hotel
Pros:

This is my 4th visit to this hotel, this time I rate them 10 out of 10
The place is so cozy it feels like home
The room is spotlessly clean, the food at the pool bar is amazing, and having dinner at Vintage bar is real nice experience
Everyone is helpful and nice, Mirna from the front desk, and the staff at the vintage bar are very friendly and welcoming

Cons:

Two points for improvement :
The pool needs to be cleaned a bit
The Sol bar needs more staff, and they have to check the clients around the pool to take their orders because each time we need to order something we have to walk to the bar
However overall each of the staff was very nice

Pros:

J ai tout aimé ! L accueil, le service, l’emplacement, l’accès lounge qui est un gros + !! Je me rappelle plus du nom du réceptionniste qui m’a très bien servi. Et le manager qui m’a changé de chambre avec terrasse poche de la piscine ! Mes enfants ont vraiment aimé leur séjour. Je suis super contente. J ai fait une pub sur mes réseaux sociaux !
