So much more than just a hotel

I’ve stayed in so many hotels around Europe and the Middle East. Renaissance Cairo Mirage City is the only hotel that me & my family always miss and look forward to coming back to.

The hotel perfectly combines the luxury, elegance, and high standards you expect from the Marriott brand. However, what truly makes the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City stand out is its people.

The staff are the hotel’s greatest asset. Every member of the team we interacted with was genuinely welcoming, professional, attentive, and always eager to help with a smile. They embody the very best of Egyptian hospitality, warmth, generosity, kindness, and a sincere desire to make every guest feel valued.

Staying here doesn’t feel like a regular hotel stay at all. We feel that we’re surrounded by amazing, polite, lovely and caring people who genuinely want to do everything possible in their power to make us happy.

From the security guard at the gate, to the parking valet, concierge, Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Service Center, Breakfast amazing team of chefs and restaurant staff, Room Service, Pool guard, Pool bar, everyone 💕 is a truly hardworking, hospitality professional of the highest standards who cares so much & goes above & beyond to make every single guest feel special, spoiled and valued.

I really can’t find enough words to express how grateful we are for making our family really happy during all our stays and especially this last one.

We’ll miss you all till we see you again 😊

Best hotel ever

Amazingly helpful, supportive, professional and friendly staff, cleanliness, super quick response to requests even uncommon ones :). Feeling safe & truly cared for & valued.
I want to thank everyone for being amazingly supportive & making our vacation a great experience: Mr. Ammar, Mr. Mohamed & Mr. Mina & Mr. Mina :) from front office, the parking valet, Mr. Mo’men from Guest service, Mr. Mohamed from House Keeping, Mr. Abdel Rahman the pool guard, Mr. Mohamed from Citron & Huge thanks for Chef Ramy. These are just a few of the extraordinary team that I caught their names and sorry if I missed anyone but I really want to thank everyone. My picky teenage daughter wrote a note that I attach here. It warms my heart that she felt this way.
