Worst customer service ever
Pros:

If I could give this place -5 stars, I would.
We had one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had at the bar at Four Points Kelowna Airport.
Our table was completely ignored for a long time, and we eventually had to go up to the bar ourselves just to place a food order. We ordered a pizza and chicken wings. When the pizza arrived, there was a hair in it. My friend immediately brought it to the attention of our server, Valley. Unfortunately, she seemed completely unconcerned. She took the pizza away and later returned only to tell us that the kitchen was closed. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and no acknowledgment of how unacceptable the situation was. After that, we were largely ignored. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager, but Valley disappeared for nearly 20 minutes. During that time, she walked past our table several times without speaking to us or providing any update. Eventually, we had to ask the bartender for assistance in finding a manager.
The only bright spot of the evening was the bartender, Carlen. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely tried to help when no one else seemed interested. His customer service stood out and was the only positive part of the night.
We eventually spoke with the manager, Steve, but by that point the experience had already been ruined. Between being ignored, having to order our own food at the bar, receiving a pizza with a hair in it, the complete lack of apology, and the poor service throughout the evening, this was an unacceptable experience.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but people should know what to expect. We will not be returning and hope management takes these concerns seriously
