O Hotel é incrível

Já sou cliente e o que mais gosto aqui é do conforto, de como somos bem atendidos e do carinho da equipe para que tudo saia perfeito.

Não gosto do fato do hotel só começar um check-in às 15:00 da tarde sendo que muitas vezes chegamos cedo de viagem e o que mais queremos é descansar. Dessa vez eu entendo que o hotel estava cheio. Mas as pessoas estavam cansadas e esperando na recepção expostas. Check-in deveria ser mais cedo…A funcionária do hotel foi muito educada, mas indicou a gente para ir passear pela cidade, até da o horário do check-in mas poxa estávamos só querendo chegar e tomar um banho todos cansados. Gosto muito do hotel em todos os sentidos, mas isso deveria ser algo a ser melhorado.

Cons:

A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. O banheiro, especialmente o box do chuveiro, estava muito sujo, engordurado. Dentro do box havia até uma colônia de mosquitos. A equipe de limpeza também exagera no desodorizador nos corredores proporcionando um cheiro muito forte.

Gostei da localização, muito boa. Um café na recepção de cortesia. Facilidade de pegar táxi.

Dificuldade para confirmar a reserva. Demora para arrumar o quarto, ficou um dia sem arrumação. Não ficou claro que garagem e café da manhã não estavam incluídos no preço, entendi depois de confirmada a reserva.
