The hotel has the right to pre-authorize the credit card once the booking is made.

Nonrefundable reservation requires full payment upon confirming the booking.

Attitude of the receptionist (sri lankana )was bad ,we did not get our rooms until 4 pm and had to wait long even though we reached around 10.30 in the morning and requested the rooms to be ready at the earliest but only one room was made available to us by 3.45 and the second room was made available by around 4.30 , this effected our planned site visit and we had to change the plans
