The hotel is well located and comfortable. Staff is also nice.
Pros:

The location was nice with many cafe’s and restaurants near by. The rooms were also nice. We had a deluxe double which came with a small living room which gave us the extra space we needed.

Cons:

They were a bit rigid about the early check in and could have been friendlier. But once checked in the staff was very nice and helpful.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait pour pouvoir profiter de pleins de sites. Et lignes de métro et bus à proximité.
Le personnel est très agréable et disponible.
Le bar de l’hôtel est super avec une très belle vue.

Cons:

Le prix du petit déjeuner certes très copieux et pour tous les goûts mais le prix excessif

Good base to explore Seoul
Pros:

The location is excellent for exploring Seoul especially for a first timer. Nearby the market, shopping and major sites of Seoul. The staff was helpful and the rooms clean with nice bathrooms.

Cons:

The property was well maintained, clean and basic but not a higher end stay.

Muy buena y cómoda
Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel, estaba en el lugar perfecto para movilizarse para todos lados, ya sea usando el metro, los buses o simplemente caminando. Además la habitación era cómoda y daba gusto llegar a dormir después de un día cansado turisteando. La limpieza siempre estuvo bien y el personal era muy amable, siempre nos ayudaron con cualquier duda que teníamos.

Fabulous home base for exploring Seoul
Pros:

Premium family room was perfect for my group. It was great to have a full size fridge. The coffee and tea making facility was also great. The bathroom was wonderful and functional (shower, bidet). Fabulous location, great home base for exploration! Many good coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Walkable to Myeongdong, too

Cons:

The upstairs lounge was overpriced and you were not able to just use it to relax and enjoy the views for more than a few minutes without biting an overpriced drink. Glasses of wine there were not only expensive but small and not very good. But we were grateful for it the first night when some of us were too tired to go out for a bigger adventure. Beds were ok, though bit firm for our taste. But I would stay there again!
