Comfortble but housekeeping was horrible and needs to clean rooms better disappointed

Breakfast and front desk was under standing but she said that someone would be up to talk about housekeeping she did what she could

Cons:

I was very disappointed did the trash wasn’t taken out from the State before us underneath the kitchen sink. It smells bad and we couldn’t figure what the smell was until we started cleaning. Housekeeping came in to clean. They did not clean. Nothing. All they did was make the bed one day. We didn’t even have toilet paper. We had to call and have some brought up. I paid almost $1000. And trash wasn’t even taken out. I had to go to front desk and ask for trash bag to throw the trash out. I brought it up to front desk and they said someone would come up to talk to us. Never heard from anybody.

Que solicite en la oficina la limpieza de mi habitación, pero les falto limpiar la taza del baño. Dos días estuvo prendida la televisión de una habitación cercana TODA la noche en volumen alto, eso perturbó mi sueño. Estuve en la habitación 305

Over all it’s a great place to stay.
Pros:

Clean and easy access to restaurants.

Cons:

The hot tub gate had a chained lock on it. We saw several people trying to get in it but couldn’t. We finally had to ask the front desk why it was locked and they said it wasn’t supposed to be and removed the lock so we could access the hot tub.

Great location, near a variety of food places and shopping.

Cons:

A little dingy, carpets need replaced, some mold on shower walls above tiles, no caffeinated coffees in any rooms we stayed in. Jacuzzi could use a serious cleaning.

Sono stato 10 giorni in questo hotel per una trasferta di lavoro, le camere sono ampie, confortevoli, e dotate di angolo cucina.
La colazione è ricca e abbondante. Il personale è cortese e disponibile.
Molto comoda la lavanderia.
Belle le serate del social Monday-Wednesday in cui si può mangiare e bere la sera con gli altri ospiti dell'hotel.
Ampio parcheggio dove si può facilmente trovare posto.

It was perfectly placed and the whole ambience of the hotel was wonderful.
The staff were fantastic. It was immaculately clean. The breakfast was perfect the beds were extremely comfortable and the room we were in was spacious with all amenities. Made our stay unforgettable.
