Pros:

Love the room design bed was comfortable pillows are too soft.

Cons:

Big problem with cars racing every night can hear it from the 10th floor like it's in my room. Plus some staff never greeted us properly.

Lovely stay at historic Hotel Flor in Tampa - Our favorite place to stay in town.
Pros:

The room looks recently updated. Was very comfortable and spacious. Everything in the bathroom was in working order.

Cons:

There was no body wash in the shower. A little mix up with the bill, but I think it got fixed. I had prepaid, but it didn't show that upon check in.

Pros:

Valet service was excellent! Cyrus, Raul, Rocco, Nick and Gabe. They all gave us great service, opened doors to the car, hotel, and helped with directions. Never had such good service.

Good vibes!
Pros:

We had a great visit at the Hotel Flor. Anthony and Gabriel, the parking valets, greeted us. They were kind and helpful. They also assisted us when we departed.
AK, the Front Desk rep, was very helpful and answered all our questions.
Our favorite person was Don (Donye), the shuttle driver. He was professional, charming and helpful. He was a delight!
