Turned away at front desk with a legitimate reservation.
Pros:

AWFUL customer service by both the front desk and corporate customer service. I booked the room with a credit card on which I am an AUTHORIZED user. The card is not in my name, however, I am an AUTHORIZED user which would take no time to verify. I was told I could not check into the room even though prior to me booking the room, I asked customer service if that would be OK to use that particular credit card since the one with my name on it was compromised. I was informed it should not be an issue. I was turned away from the front desk with luggage in hand, when I really needed a place to stay, which led to me, scrambling for another place at the last minute.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, and dud explained the breakfast time and Check out time. When I arrived they asked what brings you in smiled and did there job felt they were approachable.

Cons:

The breakfast disgusting, my daughter has food allergies not many options for her. Oatmeal she spit tastes like water. The only option for fruit was slices of apples and then they put some bananas . The omelet was full some sort of tasty cheese. And they had sliced of ham . They did have waffles too many people wiaying for that. Some cereal but didnt see milk. Forks all gone . Good thing in this hotel there is a Starbucks next to it. Lighting in the restroom is light hard to put make up in low deem lights.
