Gut für Familienurlaub am Strand, kein Wellness Hotel.
Pros:

Frühstück war ziemlich gut, vor allem bei warmen Speisen. Bei Brotbelägen weniger Auswahl, sowohl Käse/Wurst als auch Süsses, hat mich aber nicht so gestört betroffen. Das beste war die Lage, ca. 300 m zum Strand. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hatte eine Küchenzeile und war als Apartment eingestuft, was ich nicht benötigt habe, außer dem Wasserkocher.

Cons:

Ich hatte ein Wellness Hotel erhofft. Es gab 2 Pools (normal und für Kleinkinder) und Jacuzzi, außerdem einen Mini-Saunabereich mit Finnischer Sauna und Dampfbad, aber ohne Ruheraum. Der Poolbereich war an sich ganz in Ordnung, aber ziemlich voll, mit Familien mit Kindern. Öffnungszeiten bis 21 h, somit - wie überhaupt das ganze Hotel, mit Spielplatz u.ä. - auf Familien ausgerichtet. Dafür sicher gut; für mich als Alleinreisende mit Erwartung von Entspannung am Abend in der Sauna leider nicht.
Das Zimmer hatte einige funktionale Mängel, die aber nicht selten zu finden sind und mich immer grübeln lassen, was Innenausstatter sich eigentlich denken: Keine Steckdose am Nachttisch; Nachttischlampe vom Bett aus nur mit Mühe auszuschalten; trotz großem sauberen, neu aussehenden Bad nur 2 Mini-Handtuchhaken an ungünstiger Stelle, u.ä. Nichts, was erheblich beeinträchtigend wäre, aber doch nervig. Und die Küche war nur mit Minimalausstattung für 2 Personen versehen; wenn man das Zimmer wirklich als Ferienwohnung nutzen wollte, müßte man einiges mitbringen.
Ich hatte mir außerdem eine interessantere Umgebung vorgestellt. Der Ortskern war zu Fuss nicht erreichbar, aber gute Busanbindung. Oliwa hat letztlich abgesehen von der Kathedrale und dem schönen Stadtpark doch nicht so viel zu bieten. Das ist aber kein Mangel der Unterkunft, sondern hätte ich mir mehr Vorab-Recherche auch wissen können.

Pros:

Blisko do plaży, czysto, smaczne jedzenie, pomocna obsługa, dobrze wyposażony pokój

Cons:

Kiepski internet, słabe ciśnienie wody w kranie, woda leciała albo gorąca albo zimna - ciężko było to ustawić.
Przy dużym obłożeniu obsługa nie nadążała ze sprzątaniem stolików w restauracji. Często brakowało też sztućców. W pokoju było wszystko słychać co działo się na korytarzu, okna również nie były najlepszej jakoś - przy zamkniętych było słychać ludzi na zewnątrz, wszelkie pojazdy, dzwony kościoła itp

Obsługa, wygodny materac w sypialni, odległość od morza.

Cons:

Skrzypiąca sofa w pokoju piętro wyżej. Brak gąbki, płynu do mycia naczyń i ręcznika papierowego w aneksie kuchennym. Nie gotowałam, ale łatwiej byłoby utrzymać czystość nawet robiąc herbatę. To jest jednak naprawdę mało ważne biorąc pod uwagę pozytywy. Polecam.
