Struttura molto bella, camere non molto grandi ma dotate di ogni comfort. Comodo il balcone che si affaccia sul parco acquatico.
Io consiglierei di includere l’acqua parco per gli ospiti dell’hotel. Mi era stato detto via messaggio, che era compreso nel prezzo dell’hotel. In realtà c’è un prezzo di ingresso da pagare, anche se prezzo particolare per ospiti dell’hotel.

The staff were very nice and if you like shopping or a massive crowded noisy water park with a view looking onto it, this could be the place for you.
The room we ordered for us and our 2 teenagers was suitable for 2 people not 4. The double beds were barely bigger than 2 singles. We asked for a high floor with a city view. We got an 'uograde' to a third floor with a water park view. The hotel was probably lovely about 20 years ago but now seems updated. We asked for a room to accommodate our needs but we were denied so had to take another didi to a more central location which worked out better for us - cheaper and more conveniently located. The staff were very nice though and we're very apologetic giving us 2 free pandas and a picture to compensate.
Lesson learned...check that a king size bed is European sized not asian sized before booking.

As it is i door , quite warm and humidity. Quite loud music as water park is right in front of our room .

Room was large, comfortable and clean. It was a unique experience being inside the mall and quite fun. Free shuttles made the huge hotel feel a bit more accessible.
Breakfast wasn't truly international standard. I could see other western visitors getting annoyed about the choices. A wider selection of fruits would be good. The balcony isn't really usable in the day because of the loud sound from the waterpark.
It provides customers the most value stay. The room is spacious and cozy. Even though there is a water park right next to my room. You can still barely hear any noise coming from that. The most exciting part is the service! The front desk is so friendly and makes you feel like you are at home.
Spacious room, the bed was good. We all slept really well. All the staff were extremely friendly. Very very good breakfast with lots of choices. Water pressure in the shower was excellent.
When I booked I didn’t realize the hotel was built completely around an indoor waterpark. I don’t know what exactly but I expected something completely different from the Global Centre/largest building of the world 🙃. The mall that was in the global centre was convenient but not very interesting. Accross the road, you find the SKP mall. Beautiful and a wonderful rooftop park. For the rest, the location for us was a bit boring so we went mostly to the city centre or other places.
