Pros:

Ofrece una opción diferente. La experiencia es de hotel pero tenes la privacidad de tu propio departamento. El desayuno te lo preparas vos pero ellos limpian todo lo que usas. Te prenden el fuego cada vez que lo pidas. Te ayudan con absolutamente todo.
La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y silencioso (si, mejor que San Blas).
Súper cómodo, acogedor, limpio, es un 10.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. Viaje por Peru mucho tiempo y sin duda este es un lugar dirigido por buena gente y profesional.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location. Warm and cozy, and would stay again.
Pros:

The apartment was warm, cozy, and very clean. The courtyard was a beautiful surprise with gorgeous flowers. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and also allowed us to store our bags while we were on our multi-day hike. They also provided fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, and bread for breakfast, it was delicious. The location was ideal walking distance to the square, and many shops. I would for sure book again.

Warm and welcoming staff!
Pros:

The staff were great, ambience was great, location is good but the street is the route out to all attractions so the road noise and honking abates between 11 PM to 4AM.

Pros:

Отличный апарт отель в центре города. Очень внимательные , заботливые работники. Чудесный ухоженный внутренний сад. Уборка каждый день и каждый день приносят продукты для завтрака в номер, в том числе большую корзину фруктов. Есть всё необходимое, оборудованная кухня, обогреватели. Однозначно рекомендуем!

The upstairs rooms, there is no curtains so it’s really hard to sleep. The walls are quite thin so it is easy to be woken up

Great comfortable stay in very well located property.,
Pros:

Well located in the old town and comfortable property would breakfast provided in the “apartment” with very helpful staff particularly Augustin who made us a beautiful fire each night in the fireplace and was very helpful. A real character who we thoroughly enjoyed meeting. Close to all amenities including cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions including Inca ruins, supermarkets, ATMs, laundrette and pharmacies.

Location was close to the main square but also in a quiet street which meant it was not noisy. Room included a fridge and microwave. Fresh fruit and bread was provided every afternoon.

Loved my short stay. I will definitely stay at Casona La Recoleta when I return to Cusco.
Pros:

My room was a little small but it was all that I needed. The breakfast was lovely, everything you would want available in a breakfast. What was exceptional was the lady at the front desk. I wish I could remember her name. She was so kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom floor when wet from a shower was very slippery. Would not have wanted to fall on hard tile!

Pros:

I loved the little cabin we had. It had a beautiful view of cusco. they leave food for you in the cabin so it feels very homely-cozy. there was a fireplace in the room and they lit it for us at night, which was also super cozy. the garden is absolutely beautiful as well.

Wunderschönes, ruhiges Appartement mit allem Komfort
Pros:

Sehr zentral gelegen, mit wunderschönem kleinem Garten und einem guten Frühstück. Wir hatten ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Appartement mit 2 Zimmern, 2 Bädern und einer Wohn-Essküche mit einem offenen Kamin. Für kalte Nächte standen 2 elektrische Öfen zur Verfügugn. Die Duschen waren heiß, WiFi hat sehr gut funktioniert, es war alles blitzsauber und es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und die Betten gemacht, sowie neue Handtücher hingelegt. Ausgesprochen freundliches Personal. Direkt nebenan war eine Wäscherei, eine kleine Bäckerei und mehrere Büros für Trekkings, die wir empfehlen können. Das Appertement liegt in einer ruhigen Straße,man hört keinerlei Lärm und der Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein.

Cons:

Uns hat alles gefallen und wir fanden es ganz lieblich und wunderschön.
