To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. Please note both documents are required for fee exemption. The wi-fi was terrible.
I was under the impression that breakfast will be available, instead it turned out that bread, fruits and eggs were supplied in the room and I was expect to make my own breakfast.
No decent size mirror in the rooms
La atencion de primera, el personal muy cordial y amable. La ubicación excelente, cerca a todo, el desayuno, escapa de lo tradicional, con todo lo necesario, superando espectativas al realizarlo uno mismo, es compartir mas en familia. Hermoso lugar con jardines increibles.
It was very pretty and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and the breakfast was perfect. It had everything from a hairdryer to a radiator. Anything I needed, it was there.
The outside path was very narrow which was difficult with a big suitcase.
We stayed at Casona La Recoletta for two nights and absolutely loved it. The property is beautiful, with a charming colonial courtyard design that creates a peaceful, secluded atmosphere despite being just a short walk from Cusco’s main square. It felt like a quiet oasis away from the city’s bustle.
Our unit had a fireplace, which made the stay feel especially cozy and memorable. One of the highlights was the breakfast service. Everything is delivered to your unit the afternoon before and includes eggs, bread, cheese, yogurt, butter, jam, tea, coffee, and an abundance of fresh fruit. They even provide a juice squeezer so you can make your own fresh juice each morning—a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated.
The combination of the beautiful setting, comfortable accommodations, and excellent breakfast made for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend Casona La Recoletta to anyone visiting Cusco.

The radiator was helpful but heated the room up a little slow. It was fine since the blankets were thoughtfully very thick

Ofrece una opción diferente. La experiencia es de hotel pero tenes la privacidad de tu propio departamento. El desayuno te lo preparas vos pero ellos limpian todo lo que usas. Te prenden el fuego cada vez que lo pidas. Te ayudan con absolutamente todo.
La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo y silencioso (si, mejor que San Blas).

The apartment was warm, cozy, and very clean. The courtyard was a beautiful surprise with gorgeous flowers. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and also allowed us to store our bags while we were on our multi-day hike. They also provided fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, and bread for breakfast, it was delicious. The location was ideal walking distance to the square, and many shops. I would for sure book again.

Apartamento en pleno centro de Cusco. Muy bien cuidado. El apartamento está perfectamente equipado y siempre con alimentos en el frigorífico para el desayuno. El personal superatento y siempre dispuestos a ayudar. Y un jardín precioso. Totalmente recomendable.

L’autre était plein de petites attentions, appartement très bien situé dans un bon quartier très pratique. Merci pour les petits déjeuners dans le frigo et le feu dans la cheminée tous les soirs.
The staff were great, ambience was great, location is good but the street is the route out to all attractions so the road noise and honking abates between 11 PM to 4AM.

Отличный апарт отель в центре города. Очень внимательные , заботливые работники. Чудесный ухоженный внутренний сад. Уборка каждый день и каждый день приносят продукты для завтрака в номер, в том числе большую корзину фруктов. Есть всё необходимое, оборудованная кухня, обогреватели. Однозначно рекомендуем!
Loved it, beautiful place, reallly stunning and great location
The upstairs rooms, there is no curtains so it’s really hard to sleep. The walls are quite thin so it is easy to be woken up
