Veel potentieel maar teleurstellende uitvoering.
Pros:

Het uitzicht over de haven.

Cons:

We hadden een kamer met veel glas, de airco was stuk en de ventilator die er stond maakte een rammelend geluid.

Ook was er een evenement waardoor de bar niet eens beschikbaar was. Dit werd niet vermeld bij de boeking. Heel teleurstellend!

Ook hadden mensen aan de receptie nog nooit van cirque du soleil gehoord waardoor ze ons niet konden vertellen hoe we daar geraakten met het openbaar vervoer.

Beim Betreten meliaduft, Parkgarage nur bis 1,60m - kein Hinweis bei Buchung; im Zimmer : Klimaanlage nicht regelbar - kalter Zug und sehr laut; Fahrstuhl permanent hörbar ; Jalousien im Zimmer total staubig; Reinigung schlecht; auf Grund der Kälte im Zimmer erhielten wir einen dreckigen Heißlüfter; ——nach Beschwerde anders Zimmer erhalten/nach Rücksprache mit anderen Gästen wurden die Probleme nicht nur durch uns moniert; Frühstücksraum: unhygienische Entnahme von Brot - kein Tuch , Staub an der Bar neben der Kaffeemaschine, morgens schon schmutziger Fußboden ; Essensbereich mit normalen Tischen teils abgesperrt;

Perfektes Hotel für kurzes Wochenende in Düsseldorf mit perfekter Lage am Medienhafen!
Pros:

Lage am Medienhafen absolut top mit Aussicht auf Düsseldorf. Zimmer sehr sauber und für kurze Aufenthalte sehr gut geeignet! Haben sofort ein Ersatzzimmer bekommen, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert hat!

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, bei Stille kann man die Zimmernachbarn hören.

Helles Zimmer, schöne Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal am Empfang.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist im Zimmer integriert, durch Milchglaswände abgetrennt. Es sind Umrisse relativ deutlich zu erkennen. Das mochten wir nicht.

Parfait pour 1 nuit à Düsseldorf
Pros:

La vue depuis notre chambre 810, avec un coin de baies vitrées énormes.
La deco de l"hotel, à l'image des INNSIDE.
Les stores electriques exterieurs.
Les boissons gratuites dans notre frigo mini-bar

Cons:

Le lavabo dont le siphon aurait necessité d'etre débouché car l'eau stagnait vite au fond.
La robinetterie de la douche + le pommeau de la douche à "rafraichir" car état tout juste correct. Thermostat qui avait du mal à réguler eau chaude-eau froide.
Quelle est la temperature dans cette chambre quand il fait tres tres chaud dehors?... La climatisation semblait déjà peiner, nous a t-il semblé( temperature moyenne dehors en journée 22-23 degrés.
