Pros:

Warmest welcome upon arrival. Comfy rooms. Amazing views with pool and beach right out front breakfast alone was 10 stars! Wish we would’ve stayed longer.

Prices beyond belief
Pros:

We got the room for a week and a reasonable price as it was just a few days before the beginning of the 'season'. Breakfast was included and was very good. However, we were shocked and dumfounded by the price of other food and drink. The cheapest glass of wine was 18 Euros and the cheapest sandwich 16. The menu for the meals made us laugh - we thought it was in a currency other than Euros. (Rupees maybe.) The pasta course starts at about 30 Euro and the mains at about 60. We decided not to eat or drink there, after our first drink and sandwich. There is a cheap pizzaria five minutes walk away and a truly excellent restaurant about seven minutes (the Dubonet) which is expensive by most standards but half the price of the hotel.
The staff are prepared to be helpful but some of them are very patronising. I think they are used to dealing with millionaires and look down on folks like us.
All that said, the place is VERY beautiful and impeccably maintained.
Potential customers should be aware that the town (Torre Canna) is a 5km round-trip walk away, which most people probably wouldn't want to do every day. The beach is tiny, about four metres deep even at low tide and you can't walk very far along it. Therefore you really need to rent a car if you stay here. Fortunately, the staff can swifty arrange this at quite a reasonable price.

Unglaublich elegantes und schönes Hotel mit tollem Service.. jedes Detail hat gepasst

Cons:

Die Preise an der Bar sind bei den ohnehin schon sehr hohen Zimmerpreisen dann doch etwas übertrieben (Glas Prosecco 15€)

Pros:

The staff were all incredibly friendly attentiveand helpful. Beautiful gardens. Comfortable day beds around the pool area. Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday.. Excellent breakfast selection.

Cons:

We were disappointed with the size of our room. although it was a fairly standard size for modern hotel rooms. The outside walls in our room near Jacuzzi had green algae on them.the evening menu was a bit limited for choice.

A truly exceptional experience
Pros:

From the moment we arrived unannounced, Anna provided a lovely tour of the facility and specifically their rooms, which were all amazing, clean, well furnished with excellent views. The restaurants were all fabulous as well as all their staff. Patrizia provided superb information of the Puglia area and tours. All in all a complete, relaxing delight! We highly recommend Canne Blanche! 10 out of 10! Many thanks!

Stunning hotel & service
Pros:

We had an amazing time at this stunning hotel. Because it only has circa 40 rooms, it really felt like you were staying in a gorgeous house. The staff are incredible and can’t do enough for you. So polite, attentive, efficient and friendly. They really all are an asset to the hotel. We stayed in a classic room which was perfect. We had a walk-in shower, a lovely ground floor terrace and a very comfortable bed. There’s plenty of storage in the room as well. The pool area is gorgeous, the loungers have very thick cushions making them so comfy. The pool staff are there to make sure you have everything you need. They were extremely attentive, ensuring that your lounger was in the right position & putting parasols up and down as required. We didn’t have the best weather (it was very mixed) however we had three full days of sun and it was a pleasure to relax in such a lovely environment. The sea was cold but very refreshing and so clear. The only negative that I can think of is that the pools were very cold and I did mention this to one of the staff members who said they would take it on board. All in all super hotel and we would love to return.
