Location and customer service. Great advice on where to go, directions, provided transport to cruise line. Very friendly and helpful
Late arrival and nothing local to eat
Comfy beds, new rooms, location.
Pay to park right outside the hotel, only payment options was with QR code and phone, but site was blocked as it was a foreign number. It's Alaska, so much space and you need to pay $15......
the hotel photos are very nice, the big fireplace, the lobby, the restuarant.
the room was crowded with furniture and the window opened to a busy street. We requested a water view but had a parking garage view. Very noisy with traffic. Better windows that were sound proof would have helped. Bathroom was very small with no counter top space to put toiletries, etc. Just overall way too expensive for a noisy, average room with no view.
Front desk staff were great to talk to
The room was really dark and had low ceiling. It felt really cramped. There was hardly any place to open the suitcase.
They didn't clean the room and told us that we should have asked for it. There was no communication about it anywhere though
Location and staff were the best!
Location was good not having tall buildings nearby; Nice seating area in the rooms
Quite noisy with planes, water planes and trains and trucks in close proximity to the hotel; Very long corridors to get to the room; unclear water filling station signage
Location, decor
The unavoidable stairs to get to your room with a heavy suitcase.
The location was great
The staff were a hit and miss. The lady that checked me in was great. The staff who are supposed to to help with the luggage are not. Had to pay to park and go around the cruise ship crowd and grab a trollley. As I go the elevator I get interrupted by a man not in uniform about where I am going and I said to get my baggage. Also the bar and restaurant staff were inattentive and rude. Again one female staff member seemed to care while everyone else was too busy doing other stuff or acting tough.
Stylish and great location
Appears to have been recently remodeled. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The roof top bar and outdoor patio for dining was great.
The hotel is very long. Our room was a long distance from the lobby.
