Breakfast at the Rooftop wz a clear view of Jakarta was Superb
Pros:

Had Steak dinner wz Milkshake at the Rooftop Restaurant wz the cool breeze,polite staffs and the ambience was beautiful.

Cons:

The room above me was noisy wz thumping feets, I had already called the front desk since its already past 10pm but the noise still continues I had to sleep it off

鉄道、地下鉄などの駅がすぐ側にあり出かけるのに最適だった。12階の部屋の眺めは最適であった。

Cons:

考えていたより部屋が狭かった。もう少し広い部屋を頼めば良かった。廊下やロビーなどに冷房が効いていないか、かなり冷房を抑えており、街の気温と同じぐらいである。

I had a wonderful experience at All Seasons Jakarta Thamrin. The hotel is incredibly comfortable, and the room was both clean and cozy, making it a perfect place to relax.

What really stood out to me was the exceptional service; the staff were warm, welcoming, and made me feel genuinely comfortable throughout my stay. On top of that, the pricing is highly reasonable for the quality and location provided.

Overall, the stay was disappointing due to maintenance and cleanliness issues. No photos were taken.
Cons:

I understand the hotel is currently rebranding to Mercure, but the facilities still need better maintenance.

Lobby was very hot due to the lack of air conditioning.
Superior Queen Room was disappointing. The air conditioning was not working properly even after maintenance replaced the filter. The room remained warm and felt small and cramped. I also found a cockroach in the room, which was unacceptable.
Room cleanliness was poor. The bathroom glass door was stained, ventilation was bad, and the curtains were very dusty.
Hotel flyers appeared to be reused, as they were visibly crumpled.
