When booking 6 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. The property will contact the guest following their reservation. Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms-please notify the hotel in advance
We have very limited private parking available on site on a first come first serve basis (reservation is not possible) and costs £15 per day.
Please note, we do not have a elevator at our hotel and the majority of our rooms are accessed via a staircase. Our reception team is on hand to assist with your luggage. Please do get in touch with us directly, if you require a ground floor room.Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces.

The location was very convenient. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Although it's not a big room, it had everything. There're a lot of details which we enjoyed.
Perhaps it was the Royal Regatta Week, the room price was slightly expensive.

Great location, friendly front desk (Joyla), large room with nice view of court yard (ask for ALEX GAMBLE room), lots of rooms to lounge with friends and family, and AC (air conditioning). Stayed 3 nights during a heatwave and the AC was a delight!
Found their lunch prices to be very high. Recommend walking 5 mins to one of the restaurants nearby. Better food and cheaper than hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Innenstadt und ist trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut.
Die Freundlichkeit des Personals schwankt stark. Beim check-in hatten wir eher das Gefühl abgefertigt zu werden. Beim check-out war das Personal super nett. Auch beim Frühstück war die Freundlichkeit von Tag zu Tag sehr unterschiedlich. Leider hat das Hotel keine eigenen Parkplätze und auch nicht wirklich eine Hotelvorfahrt. Man steht direkt auf der Straße um die Koffer auszuladen. Der Weg zu den öffentlichen Langzeitparkplätzen ist recht weit. Wir waren mit einem Minivan dort und das hin und her für Gepäck etc. war sehr umständlich und zeitraubend.
