The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish.
Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available.
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.
Parking is not available at the hotel. The nearest public multi-story car parks are the Queen Ann Terrance & Grand Arcade car parks, both within 10 mins of the hotel. The price for 24 hours is approx. £40 per night.
When traveling with a dog, please note that an extra charge of £25 for 1 dog or £40 for maximum 2 dogs, per night applies. Dogs are allowed in designated guest rooms. Please notify the hotel in advance.

Dinner and breakfast was lovely. Good quality food, lots of choice for breakfast. Dinner, steak was cooked perfectly. Dinner menu is a little limited.

The character of the building a decor was beautiful!
I booked this as a treat for my husbands birthday and wanted something a little different. This was perfect!
The only negative that I can think of, is that the shower didn’t drain well. This meant I had to be quick to avoid flooding the bathroom!
Good location. Very friendly staff and beautiful room.
The bar didn’t appear open or was unmanned at 5pm which seemed unusual. Went elsewhere for an evening drink in the end.

The steep stairs into the property were without a railing fangerous and VERY difficult to negotiate, And then the stairs in the property itself were very steep and uneven. Not a good candidate for anyone with mobility issues.
