Queria muito conhecer só que não está na lista de preferência pra retorno.

Localização e presteza no atendimento.

Cons:

Ao fazer uma reserva promocional não havia sido informada que o andar da referida reserva era um que não havia elevador e eu precisava subir escadas.
O recepcionista informou que era apenas um lance de escadas e na verdade eram três.
A falta de transparência com essa informação na reserva foi o que mais detestei. O quarto parecia ter sido um improviso. Era limpo, mas o colchão não era bom e os travesseiros finos.
Parecia ser um andar de refugo das coisas velhas ou que sobravam da unidade.

Gostei do quarto, cama e lençóis

Cons:

Café da manhã com poucos produtos frescos, bolos não eram feitos no hotel, sucos eram de caixa, pães não estavam frescos, a única coisa fresca q vi foram as frutas e nem sei se realmente eram. O exaustor do banheiro fazia muito barulho, parecia uma turbina de avião.

- A política de forma de pagamento do hotel, gostaríamos de ter parcelado nossa estadia.

Quarto espaçoso

Cons:

Quarto muito barulhento. Não possui anti ruido e dormimos mal por conta do barulho. Tbm achamos o café da manhã bem fraco. Outra coisa que achei bem estranho foi eu não conseguir dividir no meu cartão o valor mais de 2 mil reais em diária... Seria prudente dividir ao menos no total de diaria que pra mim foram 3.
