Pros:

The room was good the staff was nice even help with changing the room for us no extra charge and wasnt a convenient they even helped when key card stopped working on the door amd hen we did lift at times

Cons:

The lights switchs in the room was bit touch and go the was hole.on ascertain board and the lock on the door wont work all time even when key card was in right

Not what I expected!!
Pros:

Location.

Cons:

I had to be moved from the 7th floor to the 5th floor because my room had a horrible smell like sewage.
The room is way too basic it didn't even have a kettle to make hot drinks or a hair dryer just the basics you would expect in a room very disappointing!!!!!..
I've never experienced that before I've always had the essentials!!.
Also there was no plug sockets near my bed!!!

Convenient and comfortable
Pros:

Central to the city centre, restaurant attached to the hotel and really friendly staff. Also allowed us to bring our dog.

Cons:

Change the key cards, they were a little slow to work at times
