The rooms were unclean and smelled of smoking, the hotel felt like a hostel and was very expensive for the poor quality , asked for a kettle , which I then had to clean. One member of staff very rude

I like the location of the hotel.
Unfortunately there was renovation of the exterior walls was underway, so drilling and the like could be heard from early morning.
Location was perfect for a very short taxi ride to cruise terminals, and it was a short walk from bus station. Breakfast was perfect for the days start.

Just the fact that is near the city centre, but in terms of the service and facilities, this is not value for money. We felt boxed in as the room was very small relative to the amount we paid.

There is no plug socket near the mirror to see when blow-drying hair. The plug sockets are next to the table which is nowhere near the mirror.
Also, the breakfast had quite a lot that needed topping up.
