Rats outside in bushes next to electric car chargers, very very dirty air blower unit above the door in room, and pillows made of bricks.

Used to house homeless. Someone was sick in the lift. People climbing in windows and smoking weed outside.

Staff were understanding following concerns raised re room, advised to contact for refund however have received no response.
The room had a leak, the bed was wet and clothes got soaked as a result. Have received no apology or communication from the hotel since highlighting this.

The rooms are like dorm rooms. They were clean and the doors lock, that is the only good attribute. Southampton is a hell hole. We took a cruise out of this place, and we will never never do that again.
