An Exceptionally Great Hotel
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally great. I also liked how I'd order my breakfast from a menu instead of an open buffet to ensure the freshness of the food.

HIDDEN GEM - GREAT LOCATION
Pros:

Location was great and staff wonderful. Great breakfast too!

Cons:

Shower hand held nozzle could not lock in place at a higher position and kept sliding down. When the maid cleans the room and observes something like this, they need to make a maintenance request to have it fixed. Very careless and not good for the guest.
