According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.
When staying with children, it is necessary to sign a liability waiver for the use of the pool, even if the pool is not used during the stay. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and cannot be left alone in the common areas of the hotel.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Piscina não era aquecida, primeiro hotel que vou e os hóspedes fazendo muito barulho conversando alto atrapalhando nosso descanso a noite mais de 00:00 meia noite, hotel não é lugar de bagunça e sim de descanso acredito que deveria os funcionários falarem que não podem fazer barulho para essas pessoas que não tem educação fica calada e um papel na recepção avisando seria bom o resto tudo ok

O hotel é bem localizado, ambiente agradável, funcionários educados, o café da manhã é bem elaborado com variedades.
Ótima localização e fácil acesso. Quarto limpo, equipe com bom atendimento. Sugestão de melhorar os elevadores, pois um ficou preso durante a manhã e apresentava falhas no acionamento dos andares. Ao comunicar à equipe da recepção, pareciam conhecer o problema.
Os cobertores estavam higienizados e acondicionados em sacos plásticos, porém podem ter sido guardados com umidade, pois estavam com cheiro ruim. Entendo a dificuldade em secar cobertores em Curitiba, mas sugiro melhorias na secagem deste item do enxoval.

A cama era ótima de casal, porém descobrimos na hora que era duas camas de solteiro, aí não foi muito bom, mas o restante ótimo, atendeu as expectativas
