Mixed feelings / experiences
Pros:

The food, service and the staff are absolutely fantastic. Each member of staff was so pleasant to me. One thing that many reviews don’t go into enough detail is the food. Every evening is a different themed dinner buffet. So much choice! Even me who is a picky eater for desserts found something I enjoyed. I feel the hotel need to advertise the food more as it was hard to find enough pictures for me to decide on booking this hotel. I also went for a massage at the spa which was also brilliant - she was very very strong! I also loved the gym and pools which I used everyday.

Cons:

This really pains me to say this because everything else was brilliant but I just didn’t like the room. It was too small (even just for a single man). The bed was too soft - I like a medium firmness mattress. As many others have said the curtains aren’t blackout so you naturally wake up by 5:30am in the summer. And although this isn’t the hotel’s fault I could hear quite a lot of inconsiderate guests talking loudly when going back to their rooms after 10pm. So it pains me to give a 6/10 but I didn’t feel I slept and rested as well as I could have.

Pros:

Красивый отель и очень атмосферный

Cons:

Нет легкой музыки у бассейна ( поправимо своей в наушниках) но всё же ! Уборка палов не очень, в спа хорошие девушки работали но посторонние стуки мешали наслаждается массажем

Superb and relaxing stay
Pros:

The hotel room.was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was superb with a big variety of foods.
The staff were pleasant and the spa was very nice.

Cons:

The way the swimming pools were allocated were wierd and small. If they had a bigger pool would have been better.

The hotel and the room was nice and is a good value for money
Pros:

The place was really beatiful with a wonderful sight, the hotel has several pool but I just used it once. There are also a spa and a gym but I never used it. The room is a quite good room not so big but enough for spending few days. The shower is clean and did its job.

Cons:

The lack of bidet in the bathroom and the lack of a sliding door in the shower. The room is nice and modern but some more attention on the paint finish would improve the rooms.
