Location, staff, food and ambiance
Ac in room had a bad smell and felt stuffy. Also mattress was very uncomfortable and worn out. Towels for pool had oil smell from spa that made you feel that they were not washed properly. Loads of cats in common areas that were sitting in upholstered chairs.

The staff was extremely friendly! The atmosphere of every single part of the hotel was exceptional ! The highlight of the hotel was the buffet . It was the first time I tasted so good food in a buffet of a hotel combining quality, quantity and variety at the same time .

Location of the hotel allows for easy access to beautiful beach with blue and crystal clear water. The design and interior of the hotel seems new and stylish. Restaurant and breakfast has a sea view and you can choose whether to sit indoors with AC or outside in the shade. Also hotel noticed that we were celebrating birthday and they put a birthday cake in the fridge and their good wishes. Thank you! Great choice of shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap, greek brand with great scent.
Quality of cleaning could be better. When we arrived, shower had couple of hairs in it before we even used it. Also a lot of limescale which makes it feel not washed properly. However everything else was great.
The view from the balcony was good.
When checking in there is a very long upsell, how to include dinner, how to get a voucher for theme nights. How to use the sauna, the jacuzzi rather than having information in your room. Most of the information is lost in our memory due to tiredness from travelling.
The hotel has sloping/step concrete EVERYWHERE. But they have not included safety coloured edges so you can’t see where the edges start and end when it’s dark or the sun is shining/reflecting due to the colour of the concrete. I witnessed many people fall and trip.
Our shower flooded into our bedroom and corridor. When we reported it to the front desk it was clear this was a regular occurrence.
The concrete has been included in the bedrooms on everything but the finish is terrible. I scratched my arm on the unfinished wall.
Property is great, amazing decor, great amenities
The property is beautiful and well maintained. Very scenic and the food was delicious. The staff are very helpful especially Sophia.

There was something wrong with the food we have ordered, as I got food poisoning after eating from the restaurant. It has ruined my vacation and was sick for 3 days
the service leaves something to be desired and the drinks are of poor quality
