We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cavo Zoe and couldn’t recommend it more highly. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel pays exceptional attention to every detail, creating a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere throughout our stay.
The food was outstanding, every meal was delicious, with great variety and quality that exceeded our expectations.
What truly made our experience unforgettable, though, was the incredible staff. Every single team member was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and happy, and their warmth and professionalism made all the difference.
A special mention also goes to the lovely cats around the hotel - they made our stay even more charming and brought an extra touch of warmth and joy to the whole experience.
Thank you to everyone at Cavo Zoe for such a wonderful experience. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and exceptional stay.
Considering that there aren't a lot of things to do around (only if you get a car and go farther from the hotel), it would be amazing to add a few extra activities for the evening. But this is not something we didn't like, just a nice to have addition.
The staff, the cleanliness and the atmosphere, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in would definitely come back again. Everyone was extreme helpful with information

The hotel has a very relaxed vibe, the atmosphere is beautiful, and it’s a nice place to unwind and enjoy your holiday.
However, an incident on our first night disappointed us a bit. When I tried to take a shower, the water overflowed onto the bathroom floor and into the room because the drain/sink was clogged with hair. We called room service and the staff member came quickly and fixed the issue, which we appreciated. However, he left us with water all over the room and told us that cleaning services were not available at that time of the night (around 21:00). He gave us extra towels so we could clean it ourselves.
The next day, though, the room still wasn’t properly cleaned despite us asking twice. The first time, they only brought more towels and mopped the floor briefly. That situation definitely affected the experience and killed the vibe a little.
That said, aside from this incident, we still enjoyed our stay and had a great overall experience at the hotel.
We had an incredible stay overall and would absolutely return. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with amazing, trendy decor throughout and a really chilled, tranquil atmosphere. The location was perfect for us — peaceful and away from the busy centre of Protaras, but still walkable in around 30–40 minutes if you wanted more nightlife or restaurants.
Our room was extremely comfortable and had the most incredible view. The food and cocktails were amazing throughout our stay, and every member of staff we encountered was friendly, welcoming and helpful. The spa treatments were also exceptional and one of the highlights of the holiday.
We also loved Thomas the hotel cat!
The main downside came during the later portion of our stay when a large wedding party arrived and completely changed the atmosphere of the hotel. While the hotel does advertise itself as suitable for weddings, we personally feel it would work much better as an adults-only retreat focused on peace and relaxation. The hotel is relatively small, so large wedding groups really impact the tranquil atmosphere and can feel overwhelming for other guests.
That said, we still had a lovely holiday and there is so much this hotel gets right.
