Cons:

A arrumação e limpeza do quarto não foi boa. cheguei de volta ao hotel às 8hs da noite depois de um dia de trabalho e meu quarto ainda não tinha recebido limpeza nem arrumação. E só consegui porque pedi a uma funcionária que estava no andar já de saída que fosse ao meu quarto, ou seja, ela não tinha recebido a recomendação de fazer a limpeza dele até as 8hs da noite. A rapidez no serviço no buffet de café da manhã também deixou a desejar. A guarda de bagagem não apresentou nenhuma segurança já que simplesmente deixam a porta do local aberta, sem ninguém para atendimento e não deram nenhum comprovante de que receberam a bagagem. Enfim qualquer um pode entrar nessa sala, pegar a bagagem que quiser e sair tranquilamente. A qualidade do serviço caiu em relação à minha estadia anterior. Pode ser que tenha acontecido algum problema pontual naquele dia, mas me pareceu que estavam com poucos funcionários e por isso a rapidez e qualidade do serviço ficou comprometida.

Pros:

Todas las habitaciones reservados salía olor feo de la cañería del baño. No pudieron cambiarnos de habitación. La
Puerta del baño se trabó y no había personal de mantenimiento por la noche para resolverlo.
En el desayuno solo funcionaba un tostadora para todos los huéspedes del hotel. Había poca variedad y tardaban excesivamente en reponer las cosas que se consumían dada la cantidad de huéspedes.

Mostly pleasant, but poor room temperature control
Pros:

The hotel is nice, lots of rooms. Its location is great, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is good, nothing too fancy but good enough, it's varied. Our room was on the 7th floor and it was super quiet.

Cons:

The temperature at the room was the worst. Even though it was winter, the room was hot, and the air conditioner didn't work as expected (we were able to set the temperature, but didn't do its job at all). We had to open the window to get some fresh air during the night. Also, our room didn't had the "Do not disturb" sign on the door to prevent housecleaning from entering.

El aire acondiciondo solo tiraba aire caliente, no habia manera de ponerlo en frio. (Ya que es central para todo el hotel segun me explicaron) asi que estaba muyy pesado el calor para dormir.

Decepcionante. Ficamos em outros hotéis da rede (Buenos Aires e colônia) e esse foi o único realmente decepcionante.

Da localização, da cama e do tamanho do quarto.

Cons:

Já havíamos estado no hotel em 2017 e gostado da hospedagem. Mas de lá para cá ele decaiu muito. Paredes sem pintura, móveis descascados, chuveiro com pouca água e café da manhã ruim. Foi decepcionante.
