Fantastic value for the money.
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at the ibis budget Birmingham Centre. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was perfect for getting around the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Functional, if you want somewhere just to put your head down then this is perfect.
Pros:

Room was basic but functional. I had a decent night's sleep.
Staff were attentive and professional. All were polite and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic. Not a huge selection for a continental breakfast.

Good value for price in great location
Pros:

Good value for price. Great location, quiet but convenient and close to everything by walk.

Cons:

Parking space was limited and we couldn’t book it in advance. We ended up having to park far away with our luggage.

Rude staff Emma
Pros:

I liked the fact we got a good price

Cons:

I didn't like the staff. They weren't welcoming especially the morning staff. Emma was so rude about giving the parking refund. She was speaking over me and didn't give me a chance to explain that the man on the desk didn't give me a receipt for parking although the night staff were welcoming and so kind they explained about the refund about the parking. Emma was so rude she really spoiled the whole stay there. I don't think il be coming back.
The pillows were too low so woke up with a stiff neck in the morning.

The service at the front desk during the night was not good. Both the security staff and the receptionist showed a very poor attitude and were unwilling to help. The level of customer service and attention provided was not appropriate.
