Categories

Cleanliness
8.4
Many guests explicitly praise the cleanliness and mention 'limpieza' and 'very clean'; a few comments note issues with towels or occasional maintenance but overall cleanliness is consistently reported as good.
Service
9.2
Very strong positive sentiment throughout: repeated mentions of 'personal muy amable', 'excelente atención', attentive reception and restaurant staff. Service is a standout strength.
Location
9.2
Numerous comments highlight the excellent, central location and proximity to shopping and attractions ('ubicación perfecta', 'cerca de todo'). Location is consistently praised.
Room Quality
6.6
Multiple negative mentions around aged installations, air conditioning issues, small/uncomfortable beds, worn bedding, shower/hot water problems and general deterioration—room condition is the weakest area.
Amenities
7.3
Mixed feedback: pool is appreciated but pool-hours are a complaint, guests note absence of gym, lack of in-room coffeemaker or microwave, intermittent internet—amenities are acceptable but limited and show signs of aging.
Value for Money
8.8
Several reviews state the hotel exceeded expectations for the price and is recommended (good value); despite some facility issues, guests find it a worthwhile option for the cost.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast is frequently described as good and the restaurant staff praised, but multiple guests request more variety and note the buffet has declined—generally positive but with room for improvement.
Overall Experience
9.3
Overall sentiment is strongly positive: many '100% recomendable' and repeat guests, with excellent service and location outweighing maintenance shortfalls, producing a very favorable overall experience.

Buena ubicación pero viejo y caro
Pros:

La piscina estaba bonita y grande y habia poca gente

Cons:
