Great location, exceptional owners who were very welcoming
Very little if anything that we didn’t like. Bed could have been bigger but that is only because we are use to a larger than double sized bed
The staff were so lovely, it really made our trip. Felt like we were staying with friends. You could tell that the rest of the guests felt the same as this created a really good atmosphere in the hotel.

Lovely room, very clean and luxurious. We had a double room with a sea view which was lovely. The bed was very comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful host, we were all made to feel very welcome.
The hotel was quite a way out of the central area, and was in a quiet area but within walking distance of the town (about 40 mins). There was a tram stop almost opposite the hotel, which was very handy. We caught trams into the town, and also to Fleetwood in the opposite direction.
Our ensuite bathroom was very small! Which was a shame as the bedroom was a lovely large size. The toilet in the bathroom was very noisy (fitted with a macerator, which was explained to us on arrival). Also the shower wasn't very powerful and the shower tray drained very slowly, so this filled up with water even when taking a quick shower. It was fine for a couple of nights though.

Great location, away from the hustle and bustle but close to some bars and restaurants. Tram stop 50 yards away. Danny and Honey made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was ample and superb.
Room had all the facilities you would expect and the hotel had free parking.

Danny & Derek really go out of their way to welcome guests and were rely helpful storing golf bags for us and even early breakfast.

Great location with parking and sea views and easy access to trams and buses to travel to Bispham for restaurants, or into town, and up and down the coast to Fleetwood or Lytham. The hotel and room we had was very clean and well appointed, if a little snug in the standard double bed and bathroom department for taller and larger couples such as ourselves. Breakfast was excellent with great choices served by very friendly and attentive staff. Overall, our stay was excellent and great value, giving us the best Blackpool stay we've had and is well worth another visit!
